Globe Thistle Blue Glow
Globe thistle is a perennial, but growing it is no hard work! Blue Glow is an intense blue color. It blooms in May to June, but we recommend harvesting even before it blooms; that's when it's most beautiful!
For drying, we harvest when the thistles are colored but before they bloom. Otherwise, they tend to fall apart after drying. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight.
