Orach is our darling! That’s a sentence a gardener probably shouldn't say. But we are talking about Garden Orach! If you haven't tried it yet, you are making a big mistake! It self-seeds beautifully, but don't worry, it's not a weed, there is nothing to fear. The plants are massive, reaching up to two meters. And after ripening, the branches are covered with 'coins'. They don't wilt! This is a mix of green and burgundy orach. For drying, we harvest fully ripened and colored coins. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, out of direct sunlight.
