Lenka used to bring Scabiosa to us for wedding bouquets from her own garden until we decided to grow it on our farm as well. It's a low-maintenance plant, preferring a sunny location. The stems are fleshy and the inflorescence resembles oregano. For us, it's a great filler for bouquets. Raspberry to pink color.
