And mature, bloomed Sea Holly doesn't wilt, making it great for drying, wreaths, and similar uses. For drying, harvest when the thistles are colored blue and the stem below the thistle is firm. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, out of sunlight.

We think mixing different textures is the most beautiful approach for both bouquets and flower beds. And we haven't seen an effect like the one created by this ornamental grass before! After blooming, the top of the stem bursts into a delicate firework display. We use it in wedding corsages all the time; it creates a wonderful impression in bouquets, and in larger quantities in a flower bed, it is pure charm! They are also great for drying! Harvest when the blooms are mature (their light green color is replaced by darker shades of green to brown). Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

The best-selling cut Zinnia ever! But the main thing is the color! Antique wine fading into antique pink. The Queen Lime series is our favorite Zinnia; it's love at first sight! The flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, giving a double-flowered appearance. Moving towards the center, the petals get smaller and end up unopened at the center, creating a frosted cupcake effect. No other Zinnia compares!

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

A smaller zinnia is very practical! And the Oklahoma series has flowers 4-5 cm large and fits perfectly even into smaller floristry tasks such as wreaths. Shades of darker and lighter salmon. One plant produces at least 10 flowers.

A garden classic, and Cornflowers of the Classic series are real troopers! Strong, straight stems ensure excellent cut flower quality. And the Classic Fantastic color combination reminds us of traditional Czech blueprint fabric. Shades transition from sky blue to the darkest blue. Flower centers are colored differently than the edges.

Our favorite China aster! The color is a soft champagne powder, perfect for wedding floristry. Plus, it blooms at a time when Dahlias are not yet available and every larger flower comes in handy. And speaking of Dahlias, the color resembles the Café au lait shade. One plant produces 11-15 flowers.

Yarrow belongs to our best-selling cut flowers. Everyone loves it! Summer Pastels contains, besides white, other colors unseen in Yarrow, such as pastel yellow, light pink, or salmon. Yarrow is a perennial and spreads beautifully year after year, so plant with sufficient spacing.

Large, double blooms are scarce at the turn of spring and summer. The last ranunculus have finished blooming, and there is still a long wait before the first Dahlias arrive. On our farm, it was always a struggle to find beautiful, large, double flowers for bouquets during this time. But we succeeded! We filled the gap with China asters and peony poppies. These poppies reliably replace peonies, ranunculus, and Dahlias. Just keep in mind that they don't flower for long and need a little care to last in a bouquet. Harvest when the bud has cracked, scald the stem ends in water for a few seconds, and let them finish blooming in the vase. The peony Poppy Salmon comes in a warm pink color.

Cosmos is among the most used items on our farm and Sea Shells have been with us from the start. It is a mix of colors, pink and white, which isn't anything special, but those shapes! The petals are fused into a tube, resulting in a very unique look!

Although correctly it is the Chinese hound's tongue, on the farm we don't call it anything other than forget-me-not! Unlike the classic water forget-me-not that we all know, this species has massive and long stems perfectly suited for binding. The color is a very fresh and distinct blue. Each plant produces 6-8 stems, and if you let some fade and ripen, seeds are easily collected.

The most beautiful shade of Rudbeckia is finally in our offer! 'Sahara' is a double-flowered Rudbeckia and contains a mixture of shades from burgundy to brick, brown, yellow, ochre, and the softest muted apricot. All have dark, distinct centers. Well, simply cute, as our Alenka says.

Our favorite foliage and filler. It grows beautifully and binds famously! The flowers are yellowish, so they don't color-match every bouquet, but we still never have enough of it! And after flowering, tiny seed pods form which are also beautifully decorative and don't wilt; we love collecting those too.

An interesting name and an unusual flower resembling baby's breath. The rich blooms on the stems invite you to divide them into several smaller vases to decorate a windowsill. It finishes blooming quickly, so we recommend succession planting. You will harvest 3-4 stems from a single plant.
