Hare's ear works as excellent companion foliage and filler. It grows very readily and its shape makes it easy to incorporate into bouquets. The tiny flowers have a greenish to yellowish hue, so while it may not fit every color scheme, you will definitely find plenty of use for it in your garden and vases. It doesn't just look great when in bloom. Once it has finished flowering, it produces tiny seed pods that don't wilt on the stems and look very decorative.
