Lepidium sativum

The cress blooms beautifully and gently; after blooming, it creates wonderful tiny coins on the stems and is suitable for drying! It is the same type of cress as for sprouting, so you can use it in both ways! The leaves are wavy. For drying, we harvest the cress when the stem is firm with mature coins. Do not delay drying too long for a beautiful golden color, otherwise the color turns grey. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.
