Euphorbia corollata
This unusual spurge is a North American prairie perennial originally growing in open areas and rocky open woodlands. Unlike its more robust relatives, this flowering spurge has a delicate and light appearance. It attracts bees and butterflies. It is suitable for drought-tolerant plantings and for cutting. However, like all spurges, it exudes a white sap that can cause allergic reactions. It looks interesting even after finishing blooming, and in autumn, the leaves turn red tones.
