Vanhoutte Spirea Gold Fountain
One of the most widespread Spiraeas, popular for its particularly rich flowering. It blooms on last year's shoots, so we prune it only after flowering. We can plant it in hedges, both trimmed and free-growing, but it is also useful as a solitary plant. Gold Fountain is a cultivar with golden-yellow foliage; the shades of yellow change during the season from bright yellow-green, through gold, to autumn orange.
