Autumn's Touch is a sibling of our beloved amaranth Hot Biscuits, but the tails are variegated in cookie brown, ochre, and green. A very interesting effect! The cultivar Autumn's Touch is Amaranthus cruentus, so the tail grows upright. Each plant produces one strong stem and up to five weaker side stems.
