Helipterum plants aren't very tall, 30-45 cm. The flowers are smaller and papery, so they hold beautifully in wreaths, garlands, or other wedding pieces and don't wilt! The color is Barbie pink and the centers are dark brown.
For drying, harvest flowers fully open but not 'over-bloomed', the centers of the flowers must not brown. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from sunlight.
