Delphinium elatum
Larkspurs are a classic and at the same time a dominant feature among garden perennials. We often see them in the company of roses and peonies. To stand out well, they need to be given enough space and fertilization should not be forgotten. We can enjoy their beauty in beds, bouquets, and even try drying them; the flowers retain their rich color well. They last 7 days in a vase; they are sensitive to ethylene released from ripening fruit. The Highlander series comes from new Scottish breeding. It expands the color range and brings novel shapes. The flowers are incredibly full and the individual petals are waved, which intensifies the impression of fullness even more. It does not form seeds and should therefore be all the more vigorous. Highlander Cha Cha has light pink-purple flowers.
