Goat's beard

Aruncus aethusifolius 'Porzellan' represents a perfect solution for livening up darker places where other plants might not thrive. It is a very undemanding and long-lived perennial that does not suffer from diseases or pests, and even a complete beginner can manage its care. It features a low growth of around 35 centimeters and dense foliage, thanks to which it works wonderfully as groundcover greenery in smaller groups. White airy flowers appear in early summer and bring a delicate texture to the flower beds, similar to astilbes. The plant loves partial shade and plenty of moisture, so it will thrive near water features or in shady rockeries. The seedling is fully frost-hardy, and you can boldly use its flowers in a vase, where they stay fresh and add lightness to the arrangement.
