A smaller fritillary with chestnut-brown flowers with a purple tinge and a yellowish rim. It fits excellently into naturalistic plantings, is easy to grow, and spreads well. One of the least demanding fritillaries.

Persian fritillaries are impressive bulbous plants. They have sturdy, thick stems and downward-facing bell-shaped flowers. Their base green color is complemented by other colorful shades. Magic Bells usually has up to 30 florets on a single stem. Pastel greenish tones are complemented by shades of dark purple with cream stamens.

Persian fritillaries are impressive bulbous plants. They have sturdy, thick stems and downward-facing bell-shaped flowers. Their base green color is complemented by other colorful shades. Purple Dynamit, however, is a true rarity and was introduced to the market after fifteen years of breeding and selection. Its flowers are dark plum-purple to almost purple-black.

It blooms later than tulips and daffodils, filling the empty space in the flowerbed before the annuals arrive. The spikes of the Persian Fritillary can reach up to 100 cm in height, so we recommend planting them in the back sections of flowerbeds. Plant in autumn in groups of several bulbs, 15 to 20 cm deep.
