Stipa pennata
The flowers of feather grasses catch the eye in beds and bouquets with their lightness and delicacy. All feather grasses love full sun and dry, stony, well-drained soil. To look most natural in flower beds, it is good to plant them in loose groups of a few pieces together with other drought-loving perennials and bulbs. Only then will their stems and inflorescences, set in motion by the slightest breeze, stand out. A grass naturally distributed in Europe, Central Asia, and North Africa. It forms sturdy grey-green clumps with upright stems. The flowers, in the form of silvery-white awns, resemble long hair.
