Cress

Cress is primarily known as a fast-growing herb packed with vitamins, which you can easily sprout at home on your windowsill. However, growing it in the garden brings another pleasant surprise. If you let it grow and bloom, it turns into a very interesting addition to cut flower bouquets. After the tiny flowers fade, small green seed pods form on the stems, adding a beautiful texture to summer and autumn arrangements. If you let the stems mature and harden sufficiently, they can be dried perfectly and used in winter decorations.
