The Striatum cultivar, sometimes also referred to as Splish Splash. The white flowers look as if splashed with blue paint. The intensity of the coloring can vary; purely white and purely blue flowers may appear on the plant. At home in your flower beds, select those with the most blue markings and propagate them further by dividing the clumps to maintain the color variety.
