Fleabane is an ethereal short-lived perennial originally from Mexico. In European gardens, it often maintains itself by self-seeding. It blooms with a huge number of white flowers with yellow centers. They resemble daisies and turn pink as they fade. It is excellent for growing in containers, on sunny rock gardens, and at the edges of walls, where it creates richly flowering cushions.
