Jeho divocí předci rostou na horských loukách a ve světlých lesích, proto mu nejlépe vyhovuje přímé slunce a běžná propustná půda s přiměřenou vláhou. Z naší sazenice vám po snadném přesazení vyroste pevná, zhruba půl metru vysoká rostlina. Zdobí ji svěže zelené listy a od června do srpna obrovské množství květů, které spolehlivě lákají užitečné opylovače. Turan vynikne v letních výsadbách po boku kopretin nebo rozchodníků, kde vytvoří krásný barevný kontrast. Velkou radost udělá i příznivcům floristiky, protože se perfektně hodí k řezu. Do vázy stonky řežeme plně rozvité a vydrží v ní svěží spoustu dní. Pro sušení do suchých vazeb jej ale nevyužívejte. The Italian aster 'Rosa Erfüllung' is exactly the perennial that will add fresh colors to your garden at a time when most summer flowers are already slowly fading. Its original homeland is the sunny and dry slopes or steppes of central and southern Europe, making it an extremely resilient plant. Therefore, in our gardens, it simply needs a spot in direct sun with well-drained, even poorer sandy soil. You will receive a grown seedling in a pot from us, which just needs to be transplanted straight into the flower bed. Here it will root very quickly and form a vigorous clump. It is a long-lived plant that even complete beginners can handle, because it does not suffer from diseases or pests and easily survives frosts down to minus twenty-eight degrees.
The 'Rosa Erfüllung' cultivar grows to a height of around half a meter and produces a flood of light pink flowers from August to October. These flowers not only brighten up autumn beds, but are also edible and reliably attract bees, bumblebees, and butterflies from the wide surroundings. The sturdy stems do not need any support and are excellent for cutting into a vase. In mixed bouquets, they bring a fine texture and stay fresh for about a week. Although it is not suitable for drying in winter arrangements, fresh bouquets from it bring joy to every interior. In the flower bed, it looks great in group plantings; we recommend planting roughly seven to nine plants per square meter. It fits perfectly into prairie and gravel beds, where it naturally complements lower ornamental grasses.

Phlox Sweet Summer Compact Purple Bicolor
Garden phlox, often called simply phlox, is a perennial that we immediately associate with country gardens and summer relaxation. It originally comes from the more humid regions of North America, but it naturalized in European gardens back in the nineteenth century, and an endless array of cultivars has been created since then. Phloxes are prized not only for their flood of flowers in the summer but also for their subtle spicy fragrance that wafts through the garden, especially in the early evening. It is a plant that literally magnetizes bees, bumblebees, and other pollinators, bringing a lot of life into the flower bed. In a garden composition, it perfectly complements taller perennials, covering the lower parts of their stems.
This specific cultivar from the 'Sweet Summer' series stands out, as the name suggests, with a lower and compact growth of around fifty to sixty centimeters. Its flowers are bicolor with a distinct deep purple eye and edging, which looks very decorative. Despite breeding efforts for maximum resistance, it remains true that phloxes are sensitive to climate and soil conditions. They require humous, loose soil and above all, plenty of moisture. If their roots suffer from drought, they tend to be susceptible to powdery mildew, so provide them with regular watering and a spot in the sun or light partial shade. For lovers of cut flowers, phlox is a clear choice. We harvest it as soon as about half of the flowers in the inflorescence are open, and it will bring you joy in a vase for up to ten days.

This robust perennial comes from the mountainous regions of China, where it grows in moister thickets and on grassy slopes. Cultivation
Pěstování turanu zvládnou hravě i začínající pěstitelé, protože se jedná o neobyčejně odolnou a přizpůsobivou trvalku. Jelikož dodáváme již vzrostlé sazenice, vaším prvním krokem bude výběr ideálního místa na zahradě. Turanu nejlépe vyhovuje horké a slunné stanoviště s dobře propustnou, písčitou nebo hlinitou půdou. Rozhodně se vyhněte místům s těžkou a neustále mokrou zeminou. Při samotné výsadbě dbejte na správný rozestup. Ideální vzdálenost mezi jednotlivými rostlinami je 30 až 40 centimetrů, což zaručí nejen krásný a zapojený porost, ale také dobrou cirkulaci vzduchu. Volnější prostor mezi listy je totiž skvělou prevencí proti padlí, které se může ve vlhčím a dusném prostředí objevit. Turan dorůstá do výšky kolem půl metru a díky svým pevným stonkům nepotřebuje vůbec žádnou oporu.
Od června do srpna se můžete těšit na záplavu tmavě fialových až modrofialových květů, které spolehlivě oživí každou zahradu a přilákají množství užitečných opylovačů. Pokud chcete kvetení maximálně podpořit, pravidelně odstraňujte odkvetlé výhony. Turan je navíc vynikající květinou k řezu. Pokud si jej chcete přinést domů, řežte stonky ve chvíli, kdy jsou plně rozvité – ve váze vám budou dělat radost velmi dlouho. Během léta udržujte mírnou zálivku. Půda by měla být přiměřeně vlhká, ale nesmí v ní stát voda. Vaši pozornost budou vyžadovat snad jen škůdci. Some of them are an irresistible attraction for cats, caused by the hallucinogen nepetalactone. This should be present in the highest amount in the species Nepeta cataria. Conversely, lemon-scented catmints reportedly do not attract cats. The botanical name Nepeta likely comes from the name of the ancient Etruscan city Nepet - Nepi in the territory of today's Italian province of Viterbo, where the plant was once cultivated. Nepeta racemosa naturally grows on dry meadows and rocky, stony slopes from the Caucasus to Central Asia. It has aromatic grey-green leaves and forms a tufted semi-spherical bush. Walker’s Low got its name after an Irish estate where it was bred in 1970. It has the most intense blue-violet flower coloration.
