Helenium hoopesii
Helenium originates from North America, where it occurs in wet meadows. It grows upright and in clumps. The inflorescences form small "suns" with a diameter of 5 cm. Hence their scientific name Helenium. Helenium hoopesii is an originally wild perennial with finely rayed flowers on upright, branched stems. Ideal for natural gardens. A great perennial for cutting with a long vase life of up to 14 days.
