Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree) is one of the most requested greens and fillers in floristry ever, it is trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, which is such a combination that we are not surprised by its popularity at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, the branches are more sparsely built. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery and thus in floristry fits rather into colder color combinations. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

A shade of wine red. At the farm, we are always looking for interesting species and colors. And the Snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are double-flowered, which takes the whole Snapdragon to a new level! The stems are not as massive and long as, for example, in the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their double blooms. We use them in bouquets, where they create beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

The color is the lightest powder, perfect for wedding floristry. Plus, it blooms at a time when Dahlias are not yet available and every larger flower comes in handy. And speaking of Dahlias, the color resembles the Café au lait shade. Compared to the color-similar King Size Apricot China aster, the flowers are a bit larger and fluffier. One plant produces 11-15 flowers.

A novelty of 2021, we are testing new eucalyptuses and Blue Gum is a peculiar variety. But beautifully peculiar! The leaves are unprecedented and do not actually resemble eucalyptus in composition, size, or shape. They are large, long, and pointed. But the colour is textbook eucalyptus! The twigs are rich, full of leaves, which is why it is a great filler for bouquets. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Rich light pink, color is light upon opening. Matsumoto is a reliable China aster that we absolutely swear by. In our beds, it is the shortest compared to other China asters (50 to 60 cm), but if you put in the work and create the most ideal conditions, it can reach up to 80 cm. For us, the flower size is a total win; they are smaller than other China asters and fit perfectly into all products we arrange for weddings. One plant produces up to 7 flowers.

Large, round-shaped leaves look tender and polished, fitting perfectly into all bouquets. Unlike other species, each leaf sits on a long petiole, creating a beautiful effect of trinkets or ornaments hanging on a twig.

Bellflowers are a great harvest on our farm! We harvest two batches per season and they sell out immediately. They have a beautiful meadow-like feel. One plant produces one strong branching central stem with lots of little bells; after cutting, you can harvest a few more thin single-bell stems.

Isolde White comes in a pure white color. Needle-petaled China asters, the flowers are composed of petals resembling little needles, which creates a wonderful effect and great structure in bouquets. Valkyrie China asters branch just above the ground, so you can harvest beautifully long stems. One plant produces 6-8 flowers.

A new addition to our assortment, true Forget-me-not! It is a biennial, so you will harvest substantial stems only the following year. Nano White is a beautiful, delicate white variety of Forget-me-not.

Snapdragons of the Potomac series are stalwarts, which is why we are including more colors in our offer! Pink is a classic, light pink. Potomac is a fairly classic series of Snapdragons; the stems are long and robust. It blooms later than the similar Snapdragon series, Maryland, and fits better into higher temperatures here.

The Bronze&White variant is the most beautiful of all colors. The color is salmon to coral with lighter highlights on the flowers. Stock is a great flower for cutting! It likes low temperatures, even so we grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You harvest only one flower from one plant, but a really big double-flowered one. Stock smells wonderfully, almost intoxicatingly, and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. The Iron series has robust stems and all the qualities for large production. However, it is more susceptible to temperature fluctuation, and therefore is more difficult to grow, so we recommend it rather for advanced gardeners. Iron Cherry Blossom is a delicate shade of pink in the colors of apple blossoms. All stocks have some plants with double flowers and some single. The ratio is different for every series. Iron has 55% double-flowered plants. We therefore recommend growing a bit more. But at our farm we also use the single ones, they are super unique.

We need a full color palette on hand at every moment of the season, and blue is the biggest trouble. We searched for a long time for a blue variety that would bloom even in the warm late summer months. And Tweedia is finally the one! The color is a shade of turquoise rarely seen in flowers.
