Pure splendor! We don't have nicer photos for this year because every year we cut the ornamental carrot down to the last stem and there is simply no time left for photos. Thin, strong stems and umbel inflorescences resembling dill at their ends. There are thousands of tiny flowers on each stem creating a veil or lace effect. It is a mixture of colors, where some flowers are pure white, but the majority are chocolate to burgundy with a touch of white.

Cosmos are one of the most popular flowers on our farm. They resemble Daisies and customers love them. And now imagine that such a hit comes in a double-flowered version! Double Click Rose Bonbon is a shade of solid pink. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

You can't imagine anything more meadow-like! The blue color is absolutely enchanting and it is a terrible shame that it can only be grown at lower temperatures. The Tall Double series is a fuller-flowered Cornflower than the one we see along the roadsides.

An interesting name and an unusual flower resembling baby's breath. The rich blooms on the stems invite you to divide them into several smaller vases to decorate a windowsill. It finishes blooming quickly, so we recommend succession planting. You will harvest 3-4 stems from a single plant.

A great choice if you can't decide on a single color. Vaccaria finishes flowering quickly, so we recommend several sowings in succession. You will harvest 3-4 stems from one plant.

For drying, we harvest mature and colored seed pods. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight.

Delicate silky white petals and a yellow center. It lives up to its name literally! We have been growing Poppies since the first days of Loukykvět, and this year we are returning to them. The Poppy needs more care as a cut flower and does not last as long in a vase. But! It is such a beauty that it is worth it anyway. Here is our guide for Poppies. We harvest buds that have just cracked open. It is enough to see a crack on the bud and the color inside. The Poppy has only a few petals, so it takes a moment to open. We trim the ends fresh and scald them in hot water (just boil water and use it immediately), or singe the ends with a flame. The heat helps the Poppy open paths for water absorption and it will not wilt. We arrange freshly opened pieces or buds in bouquets, knowing the Poppy will open during the day. If you plan to sow Poppies just for pleasure in the flower bed, none of this is necessary, of course :)

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

A garden classic, and Cornflowers of the Classic series are real troopers! Strong, straight stems ensure excellent cut flower quality. And the Classic Fantastic color combination reminds us of traditional Czech blueprint fabric. Shades transition from sky blue to the darkest blue. Flower centers are colored differently than the edges.

For drying, we harvest mature poppy heads, roughly from mid-July. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight.

Cosmos is among the most used items on our farm and Sea Shells have been with us from the start. It is a mix of colors, pink and white, which isn't anything special, but those shapes! The petals are fused into a tube, resulting in a very unique look!

For drying, round capsules formed by flax after flowering are used. You need to catch the right time when they are mature and the stem below the capsule is firm. Do not wait too long, however, so you achieve a nice golden color after drying. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, out of direct sunlight.
