Cosmos are one of the most beloved flowers on our farm. They resemble daisies, and customers adore them. And now, imagine such a hit in a fully double form! Double Click Rose Bonbon is a solid pink shade. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

This one has been with us for a long time. Light pink combined with creamy white. Each flower has a different distribution and combination of these two colors. Strawflower is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We love using them for wedding arrangements because they don't wilt. Perfect for corsages, wreaths, and boutonnieres.

Orlaya likes low temperatures, so it's a purely spring and autumn beauty. It adds a fresh and airy effect to all bouquets, and the same goes for garden beds. The flowers are composed of individual tiny florets resembling lace, which is why we use it instead of baby's breath. "Casablanca" is a larger Orlaya, the plants are taller and more robust, the stems firmer, and it doesn't fade as quickly. Nevertheless, we recommend multiple sowings rather than just one.

The Barlow series is our favorite aquilegia because the flowers are double! We grow aquilegias as annuals on our farm, so we sow new ones every year. This saves space and also allows us to achieve longer stems. We grow some aquilegias in a polytunnel and manage to harvest them for Mother's Day, when flowers are scarce. Black Barlow is a beautiful dark burgundy color.

Do you know blood oranges? These are exactly the shades of this strawflower. Red, orange, yellow in all variations. Strawflower is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We love using them for wedding arrangements because they don't wilt. Perfect for corsages, wreaths, and boutonnieres.

Dame's Rocket, along with Columbine, is one of the first spring harvests. We mix them into bouquets with tulips, daffodils, and ranunculus. The stems are beautifully long, and each plant produces 5-7 of them. A pure white shade.

Beautiful fragrance, long stems, and delicate flowers. Dianthus caryophyllus is our spring favorite. We've found it most effective to plant in poly-tunnels in the autumn, then in spring you'll harvest a profusion of meter-long stems. Stems from spring sowings are radically shorter. Dynasty "White Blush" features small white blooms with occasional delicate pink veining. From one plant, you'll harvest at least 10 full-sized stems.

Orach is our darling! That's a sentence a gardener probably shouldn't say. But we're talking about garden orach (Atriplex hortensis)! If you haven't tried it yet, you're making a big mistake! It self-seeds beautifully, but don't worry, it's not a weed, there's nothing to fear. The plants are robust, reaching up to two meters. And after ripening, the branches are covered in 'coins'. They don't wilt! This is a mix of green and burgundy orach.

Greenery is a must! And amaranth is our evergreen. Coral Fountain is a cultivar of Love-Lies-Bleeding (Amaranthus caudatus) whose plumes don't grow upright but instead fall to the ground like a waterfall. And a waterfall in a coral shade at that! It's perfect for bouquets, even if used in smaller quantities. It also looks interesting in a garden bed; it's definitely an annual that adds a unique effect. Each plant produces one strong stem and up to five weaker side stems.

If you can't decide which one you like more, this mix is a great choice. The blue is a very rich, unique blue, very rare among flowers. Compared to the classic marsh forget-me-not that we all know, this species has robust and long stems perfectly suited for arranging. Easy to collect seeds.
