Benary’s Giant is a great and reliable series of zinnias, we vouch for it completely! The flowers are larger, roughly 10 cm and full of petals, so they look beautifully double. Benary’s Giant Salmon Rose is a beautiful shade of brick orange to salmon.

Large double flowers are missing at the turn of spring and summer. The last Ranunculus finish blooming and there is plenty of time before the first Dahlias arrive. On our farm, it was always a struggle to find beautiful, full, and large flowers for bouquets at that time. But we succeeded! We filled the void with China asters and peony-flowered Poppies. These Poppies reliably replace peonies, Ranunculus, and Dahlias. Just keep in mind that they don't last long and need a little care to last in a bouquet. We harvest when the bud cracks, sear the ends of the stems in water for a few seconds, and let them finish opening in the vase. Peony Poppy Salmon is a warm pink color.

Nigella damascena originates from the Mediterranean and North Africa and has been naturalized in our gardens for centuries. The 'Miss Jekyll Rose' cultivar brings a romantic mood with its unique flowers in shades of raspberry, fuchsia, and pure white. Its finely cut leaves resemble dill and give the entire plant an amazingly airy appearance. This undemanding annual grows to a height of fifty to one hundred centimeters and forms dense patches in the flowerbed. It thrives best in sun or partial shade with regular watering. Sown directly into the bed during the spring months or at the end of summer, it grows reliably and will soon delight you with a flood of flowers blooming from May to August. Nigella is absolutely ideal for cutting into summer bouquets, where its full blooms stay fresh for many days. It also serves a great purpose after flowering. Its inflated, bladder-like seed pods with burgundy stripes are highly prized for drying in winter arrangements. Simply cut them and hang them upside down. Moreover, the flowers are full of nectar and are regularly visited by bees and other beneficial pollinators.

Blue lace; blue is difficult in the summer as hardly anything blooms in this color, but here is a tip for a fantastic variety. Didiscus has a peculiar name, but it is a real beauty, similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot. The blooms are disc-shaped with tiny florets. Didiscus finishes blooming relatively quickly, much like Ammi or ornamental carrot, so we recommend succession sowing. It likes warmth, so it can even be sown in summer.

Sweet rocket is, along with columbine, one of the first spring harvests. For bouquets, we mix them with tulips, daffodils, and ranunculus. The stems are beautifully long; each plant produces 5-7 of them. Pure white shade.

Chabaud carnations are one of the most beautiful novelties of the year. We are over the moon! Surprisingly, you get a great result from early winter sowing in that very same year; no need to wait. The flowers are smaller, but they make up for it with their color shades! 'La France' is a delicate powder pink. A gem!

Our Lenka used to bring Centranthus to us for wedding bouquets from her own garden, until we decided to grow it on our farm too. It is an undemanding piece, it prefers a sunny spot. The stems are fleshy and the inflorescence resembles oregano. For us, a great filler piece for bouquets. Color raspberry to pink.

The Dianthus from the 'Barbienne' series is a Sweet William. The stems are therefore thicker and stronger than, for example, a Carnation. The inflorescence is in the form of a cluster, where at the end of the stem there is a "mushroom" composed of smaller florets. It worked best for us to plant them in the polytunnel as early as autumn; in spring, you then harvest a flood of meter-long stems. From one plant, you harvest at least 10 full-quality stems that grow and bloom gradually. Dianthus 'Barbienne Rose' is a beautiful shade of salmon pink.

Greenery is a must! And Amaranthus is our evergreen. Coral Fountain is a cultivar of Amaranthus caudatus whose tassels don't grow upright, but instead cascade to the ground like a waterfall. And a coral-colored waterfall at that! It fits perfectly into bouquets, even if used in small amounts. It also looks interesting in a garden bed; it's definitely an annual that adds a special effect. Each plant produces one strong stem and up to five weaker side stems.

It combines pink and white flowers that complement each other harmoniously and create an elegant look. The Strawflower packet contains a larger amount of seeds due to lower seed germination. Low seed germination is a species characteristic of Strawflower. You can solve this simply by sowing more seeds into a plug tray cell.

An interesting texture for bouquets, it adds uniqueness and at the same time dries great for winter bouquets. The Sunday series are large fluffy brushes on beautiful, strong, straight stems. Sunday Bright Pink is a shade of deep pink. One plant produces one thicker stem and 5-7 tiny side ones.

Single feverfew, a classic among cut flowers. Centers are yellow, petals are white. However, it differs from other single feverfews in our offer. In growth and flowers, it is sparser; one might turn their nose up at it. But! It blooms first of all; it is an early variety and that's why we love it so much!

True Forget-me-not. A flood of very light blue flowers with yellow centers. It is a biennial, so you will harvest substantial stems only the following year.

Zinnias from the Zinderella series are the princesses among zinnias, everyone knows that. And now, finally, a cream color is here, allowing for even more color combinations! If you aren't familiar with the Zinderella series, we highly recommend trying it from our regular selection. They feature double, scabiosa-like blooms.

For drying, harvest when the thistles turn blue and the stem below the thistle is firm. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, out of direct sunlight.

Double-flowered feverfew. However, it differs from most other feverfews in our range. The seed is not pelleted, so sowing is not as simple. In terms of growing characteristics, it is more of a non-professional seed. In any case, it is the most floriferous of all and double-flowered to boot, so the result is worth it!

Finally, this beauty is in our offer too. We discovered Honeywort a few years ago and have included it in our annual field plan ever since. It is an annual, eucalyptus-colored foliage with purplish tips and flowers. It sets seeds beautifully and self-seeds abundantly.

Globe thistle is a perennial, but growing it is no hard work! Blue Glow is an intense blue color. It blooms in May to June, but we recommend harvesting even before it blooms; that's when it's most beautiful! For drying, we harvest when the thistles are colored but before they bloom. Otherwise, they tend to fall apart after drying. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight.
