Zinnia Queen Lime Red, Loukykvět

Moving towards the center, the petals get smaller and end up unopened at the center, creating a frosted cupcake effect. No other Zinnia compares!

Cosmos Apricotta, Loukykvět

Cosmos bipinnatus

Cosmos are an absolute classic and a matter of the heart for us! In the past, we cut them by hundreds of stems on the farm and our customers, especially brides, literally loved them for their lightness and elegance. While common cosmos mainly offer a white and deep pink palette, 'Apricotta' brings a completely new and fresh color tone to the flowerbeds. It is a unique combination of light pink and the lightest salmon, which looks incredibly tender and original. The flowers have a silky appearance and gently sway in the wind, which adds pleasant dynamics to the garden.

Strawflower Salmon, Loukykvět
For drying

Helichrysum bracteatum

A divine cocktail of sunset colors. From light champagne and apricot to salmon. The Strawflower is a classic from grandma's garden but also a staple for dried flowers. We love using them for weddings because they don't wilt. They are suitable for corsages, wreaths, and buttonholes. For drying, harvest flowers that are not yet fully open, when the yellow center is not yet visible. Also check the stem below the flower; it should already be firm, not 'rubbery'. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

Sunflower comes from the sunny plains of North America and is an inseparable part of our gardens as a symbol of summer. The 'ProCut White Lite' variety brings a pleasant refreshment to the yellow assortment in the form of creamy light yellow flowers with an attractive greenish-yellow center. This is a reliable single-stem annual from a professional series bred specifically for floral purposes. It does not produce pollen, so you can use it in interior decorations without worrying about allergies. In the garden, it grows to a height of eighty to one hundred and twenty centimeters. Cosmos Apricot Lemonade, Loukykvět

Cosmos bipinnatus

Cosmos 'Apricot Lemonade' brings a novel palette of colors to summer gardens and is easy to grow from seed, even if you are a complete beginner. While these annuals were previously known mostly in white and pink, this cultivar surprises with delicate pastel tones of peach, yellow, and powder pink. It won us over immediately and has become an indispensable part of our flower plantings. The plant forms dense clumps with typical linear leaves and grows quite tall, so it benefits from support in the flower bed. From early summer until October, it is covered in a profusion of gentle flowers that soften every space and provide food for beneficial pollinators. If you like creating your own bouquets, you will be thrilled, as they look absolutely magical in a vase. The ideal time for sowing begins in April with indoor starting, or you can sow directly in a sunny spot from May to July.

Cornflower Tall Double Black Boy, Loukykvět

Centaurea cyanus

It is hard to imagine anything more rustic. The 'Tall Double Black Boy' variety is a much fuller-flowered Cornflower than the one we commonly see along roadsides and hedgerows. It is a truly extraordinary piece, with a color that transitions from dark burgundy and plum to almost black. It grows to a height of sixty to eighty centimeters, so it appreciates support in the flower bed to prevent its thin stems from breaking. Seeds from spring or autumn sowings germinate very readily within five to ten days. It is best to sow them directly in a sunny or semi-shaded location. The flowers appear in the summer months from June to August and become a huge attraction for bees, bumblebees, and butterflies. You will appreciate the Cornflower in naturalistic gardens alongside other annuals. It is absolutely great for cutting into vases, and its flowers also retain their shape and color when dried. Cultivation

PŘEDPĚSTOVÁVAT

Doporučujeme předpěstovávat. Sít můžete začít nejdříve 5-6 týdnů před posledními mrazy. Semena sejeme na povrch, tabákovník potřebuje světlo ke klíčení. Zasypání vrstvou vermiculitu pomůže semenům udržovat vlhkost.

Přesazujte ven po posledních mrazech.

Cornflower Tall Double Red Boy, Loukykvět

Centaurea cyanus

Everyone knows classic field cornflowers, but the 'Tall Double Red Boy' variety brings a completely different spectacle to the garden. The richly double flowers measure approximately four centimeters in diameter and grow on stems up to eighty centimeters tall. The silvery gray-green foliage gives the whole composition a delicate look that beautifully softens the surrounding planting. The raspberry cornflower stands out best in natural-looking flower beds, where it pairs perfectly with ornamental grasses, daisies, or white-flowering annuals. Throughout the summer, it serves as a plentiful feast for bees and bumblebees. Lovers of fresh arrangements love using it in colorful summer bouquets, where its unconventional color immediately catches everyone's eye. Zinnia Oklahoma Salmon, Loukykvět

Zinnia elegans

A smaller zinnia is very practical! And the Oklahoma series has flowers 4-5 cm large and fits perfectly even into smaller floristry tasks such as wreaths. Shades of darker and lighter salmon. One plant produces at least 10 flowers.
