Soft Summer Colors

Cosmos is one of the most used items on our farm. In season, we cut hundreds of stems every day. Hats off to it, it is a super cut flower! Cupcakes is a series of Cosmos where the flowers are shaped like cupcake wrappers. This creates a unique effect in both bouquets and flower beds. Cupcakes Blush comes in shades of soft pink.

Pure splendor! Thin, sturdy stems with umbel inflorescences resembling dill at their ends. On each stem, there are thousands of tiny blooms creating the effect of a veil or lace. This is a mix of colors, where some flowers are pure white, while most are chocolate to burgundy with a touch of white, sometimes even pink.

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

A novelty in the Queen Lime series. Blotch is a lime green shade. The flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, giving a double-flowered appearance. Moving towards the center, the petals get smaller and end up unopened at the center, creating a frosted cupcake effect. No other Zinnia compares!

We have expanded our China aster assortment with two new varieties from the King Size family because it is a great China aster! Appleblossom, as the name suggests, colors into the shade of apple blossoms. A very soft pink.

Beautiful ashy white! The centers are ashy, greyish, and thanks to them, it is a flower that captures attention! A smaller zinnia is very practical! And the Oklahoma series has flowers 4-5 cm large and fits perfectly even into smaller floristry tasks such as wreaths. Shades of darker and lighter salmon. One plant produces at least 10 flowers.

The lightest powder pink. A very trendy color, you will use it essentially in the arrangement of any wedding. Snapdragons of the Costa series bloom at the same time as the Maryland Snapdragon; they are early varieties suitable for lower temperatures. Their advantage lies in special shades like apricot or powder pink.

Smaller flowers, but fully double! Soft, light powder shades, the center of the flower is wine-colored, which makes this Zinnia a great companion for any burgundy arrangement!

Matsumoto is a reliable China aster that we would vouch for with our lives. In our beds, compared to other China asters, it is the shortest (50 to 60 cm), but if you put in the work and create the most ideal conditions, it can reach up to 80 cm. For us, the total win is the size of the flowers, which are smaller than other China asters and fit perfectly into all the products we bind for weddings. Matsumoto White is pure white. One plant produces up to 7 flowers.

A beautiful shade of greenish apricots. Costa Apricot fits well into bouquets; it is a cheerful yet subtle shade. Snapdragons of the Costa series bloom at the same time as the Maryland Snapdragon; they are early varieties suitable for lower temperatures. They fit into corsages, wreaths, and buttonholes. Shades of cream and white. For drying, we harvest flowers that are not yet fully open, when the yellow center cannot be seen yet. At the same time, we look at the stem under the flower; it should already be firm, not "rubbery". Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight.

Strawflower is a classic from grandma's garden but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We love using them when arranging weddings because they don't wilt. They are suitable for corsages, wreaths, boutonnieres. Shades from the lightest pink to richer baby pink. For drying, we harvest flowers that are not yet fully open, when the yellow center cannot be seen yet. At the same time, we look at the stem under the flower, it should already be firm, not "rubbery". Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

The Kiiro cultivar represents an unusually charming variant of the very popular classic Cosmos. Its flowers continuously shine with unusual shades of pastel yellow and white color, making it an exceptional feature for any summer garden. The plant forms airy small bushes with thread-like leaves and reaches an impressive height of 60 to 120 centimeters. From June to September, it produces an incredible flood of flowers that unerringly attract plenty of pollinators to the garden. In garden design, it is excellently applied in mixed flower beds in full sun or in light partial shade with medium watering. Due to its height and the fragility of the stems, it is advisable to think about early support. Cosmos are prized in floristry because they add a unique airiness to bouquets. Moreover, they willingly self-seed in the flower bed for the next season. Starting to grow this annual from seeds is easy even for novices. Plan your sowing from April to July. Always cover the seeds with a thin layer of substrate. They germinate willingly and very quickly, usually within 4 to 8 days. Pinch the seedlings in time to create a bushier plant.

Isolde White comes in a pure white color. Needle-petaled China asters, the flowers are composed of petals resembling little needles, which creates a wonderful effect and great structure in bouquets. Valkyrie China asters branch just above the ground, so you can harvest beautifully long stems. One plant produces 6-8 flowers.

Divine color cocktail of sunset colors! Statice is a classic from grandma's garden, but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We grow statice by the hundreds! It is incredibly useful in bouquets as filler material and even undried lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the florets on the stem bloom, statice no longer wilts and is suitable for wreaths, corsages, boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice at the stage when the stem under the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.
