Statice Suworova

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We grow hundreds of statice! It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried, it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the small flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is perfect for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Cosmos are one of the most beloved flowers on our farm. They resemble daisies, and customers adore them. And now, imagine such a hit in a fully double form! Double Click Rose Bonbon is a solid pink shade. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

The Bronze&White variety is the most beautiful of all colors. The color is salmon to coral with lighter reflections on the flowers. Finally, a double-flowered Gladiolus in white! A must-have for wedding floristry! The color is pure white with greenish-yellow centers. We are always looking for interesting varieties and colors. Summer stock is a fantastic cut flower! It loves cool temperatures, and we can still grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You'll harvest only one flower per plant, but it will be a truly large, fully double bloom. Stock has a wonderfully intoxicating scent and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes and is generally easier for beginner gardeners to grow. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a smaller proportion of double-flowered specimens. Katz Apricot is the most beautiful shade of skin-tone apricot. All stocks have some plants with double flowers and some with single. The proportion varies with each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. Therefore, we recommend growing a bit more. But here on our farm, we also use the single ones; they are super unique.
