Due to its height and the fragility of the stems, it is advisable to think about early support. Cosmos are prized in floristry because they add a unique airiness to bouquets. Moreover, they willingly self-seed in the flower bed for the next season. Starting to grow this annual from seeds is easy even for novices. Plan your sowing from April to July. Always cover the seeds with a thin layer of substrate. They germinate willingly and very quickly, usually within 4 to 8 days. Pinch the seedlings in time to create a bushier plant.
