This one has been with us for a long time. Light pink combined with creamy white. Each flower has a different distribution and combination of these two colors. New Queen Lime series. The blotch is a green-lime shade. Flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, making them appear double-flowered. Progressing toward the center, the petals shrink until they end up unopened in the middle, creating the effect of a sugared cupcake. No other zinnia compares!

Interesting texture for bouquets, it adds character and also dries beautifully for winter arrangements. The Sunday series features large, fluffy brushes on beautiful, strong, straight stems. Sunday Bright Pink is a vibrant pink shade. One plant produces one stronger stem and 5-7 small side stems.

For drying, use the round seed pods that flax forms after flowering. You need to catch the right time when they are mature and the stem below the capsule is firm. Don't wait too long, though, to achieve a nice golden color after drying. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

We've been growing Celosia Flamingo Feather for several years now, and it's a fantastic and popular choice for all weddings. This is a type of spiky celosia where the inflorescences are truly small, pointed spikes. When grown in a poly-tunnel, the color is pinkish; at lower temperatures, purple hues appear. It dries wonderfully and doesn't wilt, making it perfect for corsages and wreaths. One plant produces one stronger stem with multiple spikes and 5-7 delicate side shoots.

A great specialty! Sylphid is a light greenish-yellow, delicate shade that suits all color combinations. Safflower is a must-have cut flower! We tried it for the first time this year and it's a great choice. The stems are firm, strong, and woody. They grow beautifully straight, making them wonderful for arrangements. Safflower can also be used unbloomed in bud form, like neutral green thistles. The flowers are prickly, but the stems and leaves are not, so it doesn't cause any problems when preparing material and arranging. Well, there's a lot to say about safflower, it's simply an excellent choice. Orange Grenade is a yellow variegated variety.

Inca Verda Green is a shade of vibrant green. This year again, we had a large harvest of Celosia! We say it at every workshop: celosia has an extra interesting texture for bouquets. Neither green nor flower, it makes a bouquet special like a cherry on top. Act is a series specially bred for cutting, with long, straight stems and large heads.

Pure splendor! We don't have prettier photos for this year because every year we cut all the carrots down to the last stem, and there's simply nothing left for photos. Thin, firm stems topped with umbellate inflorescences resembling dill. Each stem has thousands of tiny florets creating a veil or lace effect. This is a mix of colors, with some flowers being pure white, and most others chocolate to burgundy with a hint of white.

Our specialty! If you haven't encountered lablab yet, you must remedy that. It's a truly remarkable plant. Lablab is a climber, similar to a bean, but with enough watering, it will create a tall, impenetrable fence for you during the summer. It blooms purple and produces flat, dark burgundy beans that are perfect for bouquets. Caution, it is not edible!

Icelandic poppies are among our absolute favorites! Their delicate, silky flowers create a light and airy impression, whether in a bouquet, vase, or flower bed. In wedding floristry, there's no flower that rivals their texture and appearance. They love cool temperatures, so we only grow them in spring. But trust us, you'll terribly miss them all year until the next spring! One plant produces at least 12 flowers. Colibri Rosa "Chiaro Pastello" features delicate shades of skin tone, champagne, apricot, and peach. A masterpiece!

The Bronze&White variety is the most beautiful of all colors. The color is salmon to coral with lighter reflections on the flowers. On the farm, we are always looking for interesting types and colors. And Snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are double, which takes the entire snapdragon to a new level! The stems are not as massive and long as, for example, the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their double flowers. We use them in bouquets where they create a beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

Rich light pink, brightening when opened. Matsumoto is a reliable aster that we wholeheartedly recommend. In our beds, it is the shortest compared to other asters (50 to 60 cm), but if you put in the effort to create ideal conditions, it can reach up to 80 cm. For us, the flower size is a complete win; they are smaller than other asters and fit perfectly into all the products we arrange for weddings. One plant produces up to 7 flowers.

Summer stock is a fantastic cut flower! It loves cool temperatures, and we can still grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You'll harvest only one flower per plant, but it will be a truly large, fully double bloom. Stock has a wonderfully intoxicating scent and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes and is generally easier for beginner gardeners to grow. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a smaller proportion of double-flowered specimens. Katz Cherry Blossom is a delicate shade of pink, in the colors of apple blossoms. All stocks have some plants with double flowers and some with single. The proportion varies with each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. Therefore, we recommend growing a bit more. But here on our farm, we also use the single ones; they are super unique.

Flower beds benefit from various textures and flower sizes. And Scabiosa is a great candidate! Small flowers the size of a twenty-crown coin, straight stems with a basal rosette, and individual buds resembling beads. QIS Dark Blue is a shade of light blue or violet.

We recommend the QIS Tower series Amaranth! The stems are woody, sturdy, with plumes resembling plump dusters, unlike all other Amaranths that form spikes. QIS Tower Red has burgundy-brown leaves and pure burgundy tops.

Sorghum is used to feed animals, but we've found it also makes a great cut flower! It forms sturdy stems similar to corn, just thinner. The ears are compact with golden, green-brown fruits.

Helipterum is our new addition this year and we love it! The plants aren't very tall, 30-45 cm. The flowers are smaller and papery, so they hold beautifully in wreaths, garlands, or other wedding pieces and don't wilt! This is a mix of colors, white and pink. The white looks a bit like an anemone with its dark centers and white petals. The pink is a Barbie shade with dark brown centers.
