Cosmos are a must-have on our farm! We cut them by the hundreds of stems; our customers love them, especially self-pickers and brides. However, in terms of color, cosmos mainly offer white and pink. And now, finally, a new interesting color! A combination of light pink and the lightest salmon! The hit of the season.

New this year! Cosmos are our favorites, but they were lacking in color. They were only available in white and pink. Now, finally, a variety in shades of pink, orange, yellow, and peach. We just had to have it.

The best-selling cut zinnia ever! But the main thing is the color! Old wine transitioning to old rose. The Queen Lime series is our most popular zinnia, it's love at first sight! Flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, making them appear double-flowered. Progressing toward the center, the petals shrink until they end up unopened in the middle, creating the effect of a sugared cupcake. No other zinnia compares!

Simple feverfew, a classic among cut flowers. The centers are yellow, the petals white. However, it differs from other simple feverfews in our offer. It is sparser in growth and flowers, one might turn up their nose at it. But! It blooms first of all, it's an early variety, and that's why we love it so much!

Cosmos are one of the most beloved flowers on our farm. They resemble daisies, and customers adore them. And now, imagine such a hit in a fully double form! Absolutely gorgeous! A profusion of cotton-candy-like blooms; the Bicolor pink variety is full of soft pink shades. Some pieces are cool pink, and others are a warm blush color. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unparalleled. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all the buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they fade quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart to even manage the harvest. Delphinium QIS Rose is an unhackneyed shade of darker warm pink, beautiful in combination with orange. From one plant, you'll harvest one thicker main stem and 4-5 smaller side shoots.

A bred feverfew, the inflorescence consists only of disc florets, meaning the center has no ray florets or petals. Crown White is a commonly grown variety in Holland and sells wonderfully at the flower auction. This is professional seed, but don't worry, we've tested it, and it can be grown both outdoors and in a polytunnel, both work perfectly. Crown White has slightly longer disc florets, giving it a dishevelled appearance. The color is a pure, bright white.

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting, these are the PROCUT series sunflowers. These are single-stemmed, reliable plants. They don't produce pollen, which all florists will appreciate. 'White Lite' is a light yellow variety with a greenish-yellow center.

An evergreen at the flower auction! Eryngium is a perennial, it will last several years in the garden bed and spreads beautifully. The "flowers" and leaves are slightly prickly, after all, it looks like a miniature thistle. The stems and tops are silvery-blue. And mature, bloomed eryngium doesn't wilt, so it's excellent for drying, wreaths, and similar uses.

The Barlow series is our favorite Aquilegia because the flowers are double! We grow Aquilegia on our farm as annuals, so we sow new ones every year. This saves space and we also achieve longer stems. We grow some Aquilegia in a polytunnel and manage to harvest for Mother's Day, when flowers are scarce. Rose Barlow is a beautiful color combination, with the inside of the flowers being sweetly pink and the outside and stems slightly purplish.

The most beautiful shade of Rudbeckia is finally in our offer! Sahara is a double-flowered Rudbeckia and contains a mix of shades from burgundy through brick, brown, to yellow, ochre, and the softest muted apricot. All have dark, prominent centers. Well, it's just 'cute-cute', as our Alenka says.

Light pink, delicate lace. Didiscus has an unusual name, but it's a great beauty similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot. The flowers are disc-shaped with tiny florets. Didiscus fades faster, similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot, so we recommend multiple sowings in succession. It likes warmth, so it can also be sown in summer.

Although smaller than those of Scabiosa stellata, they are ideal for arrangements. Bees and bumblebees also can't get enough of this perennial! Just be aware, it doesn't like high humidity, as it could rot, so it's better suited for semi-dry, sunny locations. For drying, harvest mature seed heads from mid-July. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, airy place, out of direct sunlight.

A muted, slightly ashy white. Nigella is a spring beauty, but its fruits are also excellent for harvesting, so it will last in the flowerbed until summer.

A classic dried flower, our grandmothers had gardens full of honesty. It blooms in spring, just like Dame's Rocket or Columbine, but the flowers are not suitable for cutting. It's worth waiting, and in summer you can harvest the first fruits. Honesty creates seeds wrapped in beautiful oval, disc-like pods. We recommend harvesting them green too, they look beautiful in bouquets! And that's also the difference between white and purple honesty. White honesty has fresh, pea-green pods. When dried, both types look the same. For drying, harvest the pods from which the seed casings are naturally falling off. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Our favorite greenery and filler. It grows beautifully and is wonderful for arrangements! The flowers are yellowish, so they don't suit all bouquets color-wise, but we still always have too little of it! And after blooming, small fruits with seeds form, which are also beautifully decorative and don't wilt; we love collecting those too.

Cosmos is among the most used items on our farm. During the season, we cut hundreds of stems every day. For us, hats off, a super cut flower! Cupcakes is a series of cosmos where the flowers are shaped like small cakes. This creates an original effect in both bouquets and flower beds.

A classic among Nigellas, a rich sky-blue shade. Nigella is a spring beauty, but its fruits are also excellent for harvesting, so it will last in the flowerbed until summer.

Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree or eucalyptus) is one of the most sought-after greens and fillers in floristry, it's trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, a combination so appealing that its popularity is no surprise at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, with sparser branches. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery, making it suitable for cooler color combinations in floristry.

Chabaud carnations are one of the most beautiful novelties of the year. We are absolutely thrilled! Surprisingly, you'll get great results from an early winter sowing in the same year; there's no need to wait. The flowers are smaller, but they make up for it with their color shades! La France is a delicate powdery pink. A gem!

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We grow hundreds of statice! It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried, it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the small flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is perfect for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
