The classic of every grandmother's garden has gained a new flair. Double-flowered Marigold! Yellow 'Ollioules' has large flowers with plenty of petals. The color is warm.

Cosmos are one of the most popular flowers on our farm. They resemble Daisies and customers love them. And now imagine that such a hit comes in a double-flowered version! Absolutely magnificent! A flood of flowers resembling cotton candy; the Bicolor pink variant is full of soft pink shades. Some blooms are cool pink and others are in a warm blush color. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

Cosmos is one of the most used items on our farm. In season, we cut hundreds of stems every day. Hats off to it, it is a super cut flower! Cupcakes is a series of Cosmos where the flowers are shaped like cupcake wrappers. This creates a unique effect in both bouquets and flower beds.

The best-selling cut Zinnia ever! But the main thing is the color! Antique wine fading into antique pink. The Queen Lime series is our favorite Zinnia; it's love at first sight! The flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, giving a double-flowered appearance. Moving towards the center, the petals get smaller and end up unopened at the center, creating a frosted cupcake effect. No other Zinnia compares!

A novelty in the Cornflower family. One of these little plants bloomed by mistake in a bed of blue Cornflowers last year, and we immediately started looking for it to grow. It is a very unusual shade of deep raspberry.

You can't imagine anything more meadow-like! It is a terrible shame that it can only be grown at lower temperatures. The Tall Double series is a fuller-flowered Cornflower than the one we see along the roadsides. And Black Boy is a truly unique specimen. The color is dark burgundy to black.

A smaller zinnia is very practical! And the Oklahoma series has flowers 4-5 cm large and fits perfectly even into smaller floristry tasks such as wreaths. Shades of darker and lighter salmon. One plant produces at least 10 flowers.

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden, but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We grow statice by the hundreds! It is incredibly useful in bouquets as filler material and even undried lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the florets on the stem bloom, statice no longer wilts and is suitable for wreaths, corsages, boutonnieres. QIS Pastel is a beautiful sample of colors in tones of blue, violet, lavender and pink. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice at the stage when the stem under the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree) is one of the most requested greens and fillers in floristry ever, it is trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, which is such a combination that we are not surprised by its popularity at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, the branches are more sparsely built. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery and thus in floristry fits rather into colder color combinations. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Our favorite China aster! The color is a soft champagne powder, perfect for wedding floristry. Plus, it blooms at a time when Dahlias are not yet available and every larger flower comes in handy. And speaking of Dahlias, the color resembles the Café au lait shade. One plant produces 11-15 flowers.

Just when we thought there couldn't be more beauty, along came Cherry Bronze. Orange leaning into raspberry, one of the most beautiful color shades on the farm ever. We are always looking for interesting varieties and colors. And Snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are double-flowered and that takes the whole Snapdragon to a new level! Stems aren't as massive and long as, for example, the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their doubleness. We use them in bouquets, where they create beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

We have expanded our China aster assortment with two new varieties from the King Size family because it is a great China aster! Appleblossom, as the name suggests, colors into the shade of apple blossoms. A very soft pink.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that nothing compares to. However, if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all the buds open. They finish blooming quickly, especially during the warm springs of recent years, so we sow several batches 14 days apart just to keep up with the harvest. Larkspur QIS Dark Blue is a dark blue-purple color. You harvest one stronger stem and 4-5 smaller side stems from a single plant.

We have expanded our China aster assortment with two new varieties from the King Size family because it is a great China aster! King Size White is ivory colored.

Dark red, centers transitioning to burgundy. Strawflower is a classic from grandma's garden but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We love using them when arranging weddings because they don't wilt. They are suitable for corsages, wreaths, and buttonholes.

Sweet rocket is, along with columbine, one of the first spring harvests. For bouquets, we mix them with tulips, daffodils, and ranunculus. The stems are beautifully long; each plant produces 5-7 of them. Light shade of purple.

The Dianthus from the Sweet series is a Sweet William. The stems are therefore thicker and stronger than, for example, on a Carnation. The flower head forms a cluster, where at the end of the stem there is a dome composed of smaller florets. It has proven best for us to plant in the polytunnel already in autumn, then in spring you harvest a flood of meter-long stems. From one plant you will harvest at least 10 full-sized stems, which gradually grow back and finish blooming. Dianthus Sweet Coral is a beautiful shade of coral pink.

Bellflowers are a great harvest on our farm! We harvest two batches per season and they sell out immediately. They have a beautiful meadow-like feel. One plant produces one strong branching central stem with lots of little bells; after cutting, you can harvest a few more thin single-bell stems.
