Statice is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We grow hundreds of statice! It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried, it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the small flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is perfect for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

We have fallen so in love with snapdragons here on our farm that we have a year-round plan for harvesting them from spring to autumn, as each variety needs a different temperature. Maryland is quite a classic series of snapdragons; the stems are long and robust. It blooms earlier than the similar snapdragon series, Potomac. One plant produces one stem.

At first, we had great doubts due to the price of the seeds, but as soon as we saw the stems, our worries vanished. This is a perennial, but we grow it as an annual on our farm. The stems are extra long, reaching up to 140 cm, so keep that in mind when planning your flowerbed so it doesn't overshadow anything. The blue color of this variant is absolutely unique. You will harvest 5-7 stems from one plant.

We've been growing Celosia Flamingo Feather for several years now, and it's a fantastic and popular choice for all weddings. This is a type of spiky celosia where the inflorescences are truly small, pointed spikes. When grown in a poly-tunnel, the color is pinkish; at lower temperatures, purple hues appear. It dries wonderfully and doesn't wilt, making it perfect for corsages and wreaths. One plant produces one stronger stem with multiple spikes and 5-7 delicate side shoots.

Flower beds benefit from various textures and flower sizes. And Scabiosa is a great candidate! Small flowers the size of a twenty-crown coin, straight stems with a basal rosette, and individual buds resembling beads. QIS Dark Blue is a shade of light blue or violet.

Foxglove is the princess and snapdragon is the prince. At least in appearance. Noble, delicate, and airy. It creates a beautiful effect in bouquets and in the flower bed. You'll achieve the longest stems by planting in the autumn, then you'll harvest meter-long pieces! New bells constantly bloom on the spiky stems. Dalmatin Creme is a shade of creamy white.

New Queen Lime series. The blotch is a green-lime shade. Flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, making them appear double-flowered. Orlaya likes low temperatures, so it's a purely spring and autumn beauty. It adds a fresh and airy effect to all bouquets, and the same goes for garden beds. The flowers are composed of individual tiny florets resembling lace, which is why we use it instead of baby's breath. "Casablanca" is a larger Orlaya, the plants are taller and more robust, the stems firmer, and it doesn't fade as quickly. Nevertheless, we recommend multiple sowings rather than just one.

Gorgeous! On our list of top Zinnias and a new arrival this season. The petals are "crinkled," bent inwards, giving a wild impression. The color is old rose, some pieces lighten to a skin tone. If you arrange weddings, you'll know this is a trendy color and a Zinnia you must have!

Benary's Giant is a fantastic and reliable zinnia series; we stand by it! The flowers are larger, about 10 cm, and full of petals, giving them a beautifully lush appearance. Benary's Giant Salmon Rose is a beautiful shade of brick orange to salmon.

The color is the lightest powder pink, perfect for wedding floristry. Moreover, it blooms when dahlias are not yet available, and any larger flower is useful. And speaking of dahlias, its color is similar to the Café au lait shade. Compared to the similarly colored King Size Apricot aster, the flowers are a bit larger and fluffier. One plant produces 11-15 flowers.
