Digitalis purpurea

Foxglove Dalmatian Crème

Foxglove is the princess and snapdragon is the prince. At least in appearance. Noble, delicate, and airy. It creates a beautiful effect in bouquets and in the flower bed. You'll achieve the longest stems by planting in the autumn, then you'll harvest meter-long pieces! New bells constantly bloom on the spiky stems. Dalmatin Creme is a shade of creamy white. Show full description

Aquilegia vulgaris

The Barlow series is our favorite Aquilegia because the flowers are double! We grow Aquilegia on our farm as annuals, so we sow new ones every year. This saves space and we also achieve longer stems. We grow some Aquilegia in a polytunnel and manage to harvest for Mother's Day, when flowers are scarce. White Barlow is a creamy white.

Ammi visnaga

Orlaya likes low temperatures, so it's a purely spring and autumn beauty. It adds a fresh and airy effect to all bouquets, and the same goes for garden beds. The flowers are composed of individual tiny florets resembling lace, which is why we use it instead of baby's breath. "Casablanca" is a larger Orlaya, the plants are taller and more robust, the stems firmer, and it doesn't fade as quickly. Nevertheless, we recommend multiple sowings rather than just one.

Lunaria annua

A classic dried flower, our grandmothers had gardens full of honesty. It blooms in spring, just like Dame's Rocket or Columbine, but the flowers are not suitable for cutting. It's worth waiting, and in summer you can harvest the first fruits. Honesty creates seeds wrapped in beautiful oval, disc-like pods. We recommend harvesting them green too, they look beautiful in bouquets! And that's also the difference between white and purple honesty. White honesty has fresh, pea-green pods. When dried, both types look the same. For drying, harvest the pods from which the seed casings are naturally falling off. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Dianthus caryophyllus

Chabaud carnations are one of the most beautiful novelties of the year. We are absolutely thrilled! Surprisingly, you'll get great results from an early winter sowing in the same year; there's no need to wait. The flowers are smaller, but they make up for it with their color shades! La France is a delicate powdery pink. A gem!

Rose Barlow is a beautiful color combination, with the inside of the flowers being sweetly pink and the outside and stems slightly purplish.

Dianthus barbatus

The Dianthus from the Sweet series is a Sweet William. The stems are therefore thicker and stronger than, for example, a carnation. The inflorescence is in the form of a corymb, where at the end of the stem is a mushroom-like cluster of smaller flowers. We've found it most effective to plant them in a polytunnel in the autumn, then in spring you harvest an abundance of meter-long stems. From one plant, you'll harvest at least 10 full-fledged stems that gradually grow and rebloom. Dianthus Sweet White is pure white.

Antirrhinum majus

Unlike Bronze&White, the Bronze variant has no white accent, yet it's still the most beautiful of all colors. The color is salmon to coral orange. On the farm, we are always looking for interesting varieties and colors. And snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are fully double, which takes the entire snapdragon to a new level! The stems are not as massive and long as, for example, the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their double flowers. We use them in bouquets where they create a beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

Cultivation

Doporučujeme ještě přesadit do květináče, podpoříte tím tvorbu kořenového systému a rostliny budou silnější.
