Didiscus caerulea

Light pink, delicate lace. Didiscus has an unusual name, but it's a great beauty similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot. The flowers are disc-shaped with tiny florets. Didiscus fades faster, similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot, so we recommend multiple sowings in succession. It likes warmth, so it can also be sown in summer.

Bupleurum rotundifolium

Our favorite greenery and filler. It grows beautifully and is wonderful for arrangements! The flowers are yellowish, so they don't suit all bouquets color-wise, but we still always have too little of it! And after blooming, small fruits with seeds form, which are also beautifully decorative and don't wilt; we love collecting those too.

Didiscus caerulea

White delicate lace. Didiscus has an unusual name, but it's a great beauty similar to blue lace flower (Didiscus coeruleus) or ornamental carrot. The flowers are disc-shaped with tiny florets. Didiscus flowers more quickly, similar to blue lace flower or ornamental carrot, so we recommend multiple successive sowings. It loves warmth, so it can also be sown in summer.

Eucalyptus cinerea

Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree or eucalyptus) is one of the most sought-after greens and fillers in floristry, it's trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, a combination so appealing that its popularity is no surprise at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, with sparser branches. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery, making it suitable for cooler color combinations in floristry.

Antirrhinum majus

The Bronze&White variety is the most beautiful of all colors. The color is salmon to coral with lighter reflections on the flowers. On the farm, we are always looking for interesting types and colors. And Snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are double, which takes the entire snapdragon to a new level! The stems are not as massive and long as, for example, the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their double flowers. We use them in bouquets where they create a beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

Craspedia globosa

A cut flower par excellence, but it also looks phenomenal in the flowerbed! Craspedia forms a basal rosette of greyish, inconspicuous leaves, from which its 'antennae' emerge. Straight, sturdy stems have yellow balls at their ends. We recommend harvesting them in bud form, before they bloom. The green ones are also interesting; they are neutral and fit into any color combination.

Panicum elegans

Alternating different textures is, in our opinion, the most beautiful way to arrange a bouquet and to design a flower bed. And we've never seen an effect quite like what this ornamental grass creates! After flowering, the top part of the stem bursts into a delicate fireworks display. We use it in wedding corsages all the time; it creates a wonderful impression in bouquets, and in larger quantities in a flower bed, it's endless charm! They're also great for drying! Harvest when the inflorescences are mature (their light green color will be replaced by darker shades of green to brown). Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Daucus carota

Pure splendor! We don't have prettier photos for this year because every year we cut all the carrots down to the last stem, and there's simply nothing left for photos. Thin, firm stems topped with umbellate inflorescences resembling dill. Each stem has thousands of tiny florets creating a veil or lace effect. This is a mix of colors, with some flowers being pure white, and most others chocolate to burgundy with a hint of white.

Zinnia elegans

New Queen Lime series. The blotch is a green-lime shade. Flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, making them appear double-flowered. Progressing toward the center, the petals shrink until they end up unopened in the middle, creating the effect of a sugared cupcake. No other zinnia compares!

The best-selling cut zinnia ever! But the main thing is the color! Old wine transitioning to old rose. The Queen Lime series is our most popular zinnia, it's love at first sight! Flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, making them appear double-flowered. Progressing toward the center, the petals shrink until they end up unopened in the middle, creating the effect of a sugared cupcake. No other zinnia compares!

Antirrhinum majus

The lightest powdery pink. A very trendy color, essentially usable for any wedding arrangement. The Costa series snapdragons bloom at the same time as Maryland snapdragons, they are early varieties, suitable for cooler temperatures. Their advantage lies in special shades like apricot or powdery pink.

Limonium sinuatum

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We grow hundreds of statice! It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried, it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the small flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is perfect for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. QIS Pastel is a beautiful medley of colors in shades of blue, violet, lavender, and pink. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Matthiola incana

Summer stock is a fantastic cut flower! It loves cool temperatures, and we can still grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You'll harvest only one flower per plant, but it will be a truly large, fully double bloom. Stock has a wonderfully intoxicating scent and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes and is generally easier for beginner gardeners to grow. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a smaller proportion of double-flowered specimens. Katz Apricot is a pure white shade. All stocks have some plants with double flowers and some with single. The proportion varies with each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. Therefore, we recommend growing a bit more. But here on our farm, we also use the single ones; they are super unique.

Celosia argentea spicata

We've been growing Celosia Flamingo Feather for several years now, and it's a fantastic and popular choice for all weddings. This is a type of spiky celosia where the inflorescences are truly small, pointed spikes. When grown in a poly-tunnel, the color is pinkish; at lower temperatures, purple hues appear. It dries wonderfully and doesn't wilt, making it perfect for corsages and wreaths. One plant produces one stronger stem with multiple spikes and 5-7 delicate side shoots.

Cynoglossum amabile

Although it's correctly 'Beautiful Forget-Me-Not,' on the farm, we just call it 'forget-me-not'! Compared to the classic marsh forget-me-not that we all know, this variety has strong and long stems, perfectly suited for arranging. The color is very unique and a striking blue. Each plant produces 6-8 stems, and if you let some flowers fade and ripen, the seeds are easy to collect.
