Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree or eucalyptus) is one of the most sought-after greens and fillers in floristry, it's trendy! On the farm, we are always looking for interesting types and colors. And Snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are double, which takes the entire snapdragon to a new level! The stems are not as massive and long as, for example, the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their double flowers. We use them in bouquets where they create a beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

A cut flower par excellence, but it also looks phenomenal in the flowerbed! Craspedia forms a basal rosette of greyish, inconspicuous leaves, from which its 'antennae' emerge. Straight, sturdy stems have yellow balls at their ends. We recommend harvesting them in bud form, before they bloom. The green ones are also interesting; they are neutral and fit into any color combination.

Alternating different textures is, in our opinion, the most beautiful way to arrange a bouquet and to design a flower bed. And we've never seen an effect quite like what this ornamental grass creates! After flowering, the top part of the stem bursts into a delicate fireworks display. We use it in wedding corsages all the time; it creates a wonderful impression in bouquets, and in larger quantities in a flower bed, it's endless charm! They're also great for drying! Harvest when the inflorescences are mature (their light green color will be replaced by darker shades of green to brown). Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Pure splendor! We don't have prettier photos for this year because every year we cut all the carrots down to the last stem, and there's simply nothing left for photos. Thin, firm stems topped with umbellate inflorescences resembling dill. Each stem has thousands of tiny florets creating a veil or lace effect. This is a mix of colors, with some flowers being pure white, and most others chocolate to burgundy with a hint of white.

New this year! Cosmos are our favorites, but they were lacking in color. They were only available in white and pink. Now, finally, a variety in shades of pink, orange, yellow, and peach. We just had to have it.

The Costa series snapdragons bloom at the same time as Maryland snapdragons, they are early varieties, suitable for cooler temperatures. Their advantage lies in special shades like apricot or powdery pink.

It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried, it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the small flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is perfect for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. QIS Pastel is a beautiful medley of colors in shades of blue, violet, lavender, and pink. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Summer stock is a fantastic cut flower! It loves cool temperatures, and we can still grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You'll harvest only one flower per plant, but it will be a truly large, fully double bloom. Stock has a wonderfully intoxicating scent and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes and is generally easier for beginner gardeners to grow. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a smaller proportion of double-flowered specimens. Katz Apricot is a pure white shade. All stocks have some plants with double flowers and some with single. The proportion varies with each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. Therefore, we recommend growing a bit more. But here on our farm, we also use the single ones; they are super unique.

We've been growing Celosia Flamingo Feather for several years now, and it's a fantastic and popular choice for all weddings. This is a type of spiky celosia where the inflorescences are truly small, pointed spikes. When grown in a poly-tunnel, the color is pinkish; at lower temperatures, purple hues appear. It dries wonderfully and doesn't wilt, making it perfect for corsages and wreaths. One plant produces one stronger stem with multiple spikes and 5-7 delicate side shoots.

Although it's correctly 'Beautiful Forget-Me-Not,' on the farm, we just call it 'forget-me-not'! Compared to the classic marsh forget-me-not that we all know, this variety has strong and long stems, perfectly suited for arranging. The color is very unique and a striking blue. Each plant produces 6-8 stems, and if you let some flowers fade and ripen, the seeds are easy to collect.

Cosmos are a must-have on our farm! We cut them by the hundreds of stems; our customers love them, especially self-pickers and brides. However, in terms of color, cosmos mainly offer white and pink. And now, finally, a new interesting color! A combination of light pink and the lightest salmon! The hit of the season.

Interesting greenery and a classic cut flower. It looks curious, and perhaps that's why it's grown. Long stems are covered in light green calyces. It belongs to the mint family, which you'll immediately recognize by its typical scent.

Smaller zinnias are very practical! And the Oklahoma series has flowers 4-5 cm in size, making them perfectly suited for smaller floral arrangements like wreaths. Shades of darker and lighter salmon. One plant produces at least 10 flowers.

An interesting name and an unusual flower resembling a bride's veil. The abundant blooms on their stems invite you to divide them into several smaller vases and adorn your windowsill. They fade quickly, so we recommend several successive sowings. You'll harvest 3-4 stems from one plant.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unparalleled. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all the buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they fade quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart to even manage the harvest. Delphinium QIS White is a delicate white, beautiful for wedding floristry. From one plant, you'll harvest one thicker main stem and 4-5 smaller side shoots.

Different textures and sizes of flowers are perfect for a flower bed. And Scabiosa is a great candidate! Small flowers the size of a twenty-crown coin, straight stems with a basal rosette, and individual buds resembling beads. Gorgeous shades of dusty pink, salmon, strawberry, and raspberry.

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting, these are the PROCUT series sunflowers. These are single-stemmed, reliable plants. They don't produce pollen, which all florists will appreciate. 'White Lite' is a light yellow variety with a greenish-yellow center.
