Eucalyptus stuartiana

Its large, round leaves look delicate and refined, making them perfect for all bouquets. Unlike other varieties, each leaf sits on a long petiole, creating a beautiful 'dangle' effect, like an ornament hanging from a branch.

A novelty for 2021, we are trying new eucalypts, and 'Blue Gum' is a special variety. But beautifully special! The leaves are unusual and don't really resemble eucalyptus in composition, size, or even shape. They are large, long, and pointed. However, the color is a classic eucalyptus! The branches are rich and full of leaves, making it an excellent filler for bouquets.

Summer stock is a fantastic cut flower! It loves cool temperatures, and we can still grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You'll harvest only one flower per plant, but it will be a truly large, fully double bloom. Stock has a wonderfully intoxicating scent and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes and is generally easier for beginner gardeners to grow. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a smaller proportion of double-flowered specimens. Katz Apricot is the most beautiful shade of skin-tone apricot. All stocks have some plants with double flowers and some with single. The proportion varies with each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. Therefore, we recommend growing a bit more. But here on our farm, we also use the single ones; they are super unique.

Cosmos are one of the most beloved flowers on our farm. They resemble daisies, and customers adore them. And now, imagine such a hit in a fully double form! Double Click Rose Bonbon is a solid pink shade. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

The Bronze&White variety is the most beautiful of all colors. The color is salmon to coral with lighter reflections on the flowers. On the farm, we are always looking for interesting types and colors. And Snapdragon Madame Butterfly is our darling! The flowers are double, which takes the entire snapdragon to a new level! The stems are not as massive and long as, for example, the Potomac and Maryland series, but they make up for it with their double flowers. We use them in bouquets where they create a beautifully large volume. One plant produces one larger and 4 smaller side stems.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unparalleled. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all the buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they fade quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart to even manage the harvest. Delphinium QIS Light Pink is a beautiful, very light shade of warm pink. From one plant, you'll harvest one thicker main stem and 4-5 smaller side shoots.

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden and an evergreen for dried flowers. We grow hundreds of statice! It's incredibly useful in bouquets as a filler material, and even undried, it lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the small flowers on the stem have bloomed, statice no longer wilts and is perfect for wreaths, corsages, and boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice when the stem below the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Simply hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Safflower in creamy white? A cut flower you must have! We tried it for the first time this year and it's a great choice. The stems are firm, strong, and woody. They grow beautifully straight, making them wonderful for arranging. Safflower can also be used unbloomed in the form of buds, as neutral green thistles. The flowers are prickly, but the stems and leaves are not, so it doesn't bother you when cleaning and arranging the material. Well, a lot could be said about safflower, it's simply a flawless piece.
