New for 2021. The leaves are tiny and brownish-green.

Cosmos are one of the most popular flowers on our farm. They resemble Daisies and customers love them. And now imagine that such a hit comes in a double-flowered version! Absolutely magnificent! A flood of flowers resembling cotton candy; the Bicolor pink variant is full of soft pink shades. Some blooms are cool pink and others are in a warm blush color. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

Although correctly it is the Chinese hound's tongue, on the farm we don't call it anything other than forget-me-not! Unlike the classic water forget-me-not that we all know, this species has massive and long stems perfectly suited for binding. The color is a very fresh and distinct blue. Each plant produces 6-8 stems, and if you let some fade and ripen, seeds are easily collected.

Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree) is one of the most requested greens and fillers in floristry ever, it is trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, which is such a combination that we are not surprised by its popularity at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, the branches are more sparsely built. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery and thus in floristry fits rather into colder color combinations. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

The Lady Coral series has flowers as fluffy as teddy bears and they are even more double-flowered than other China asters. Lady Coral Lavender is a rich shade of lavender purple. One plant produces 11-15 flowers.

A novelty of 2021, we are testing new eucalyptuses and Blue Gum is a peculiar variety. But beautifully peculiar! The leaves are unprecedented and do not actually resemble eucalyptus in composition, size, or shape. They are large, long, and pointed. But the colour is textbook eucalyptus! The twigs are rich, full of leaves, which is why it is a great filler for bouquets. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden, but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We grow statice by the hundreds! It is incredibly useful in bouquets as filler material and even undried lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the florets on the stem bloom, statice no longer wilts and is suitable for wreaths, corsages, boutonnieres. QIS Pastel is a beautiful sample of colors in tones of blue, violet, lavender and pink. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice at the stage when the stem under the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

A cut flower perfectly suited for the job, but it looks famous in the flowerbed too! Craspedia forms a basal rosette of greyish, inconspicuous leaves, from which "antennae" peek out. Straight, strong stems have yellow balls at the ends. We recommend harvesting in the bud form, before they fully bloom. Green ones are also interesting, as they are neutral and fit into any color combination. For drying, harvest when they are colored up. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, out of sunlight.

We need a full color palette on hand at every moment of the season, and blue is the biggest trouble. We searched for a long time for a blue variety that would bloom even in the warm late summer months. And Tweedia is finally the one! The color is a shade of turquoise rarely seen in flowers.

A wonderful combination of warm pink, blush, and skin tones! A novelty of this year. The Cresto series has mostly double flowers, of the scabiosa type. Compared to the Peachy Pink variant, this is a warm pink.

Bred feverfew, the inflorescence consists only of tubular florets, i.e., a center without ray florets or petals. Crown White is a commonly grown species in Holland and sells great at the flower exchange. It is therefore professional seed, but don't worry, we tested it and it can be grown both outdoors and in a polytunnel; both work perfectly. Crown White has slightly longer tubular flowers, giving a disheveled impression. The color is pure, bright white.

A novelty in the Cornflower family. One of these little plants bloomed by mistake in a bed of blue Cornflowers last year, and we immediately started looking for it to grow. It is a very unusual shade of deep raspberry.

Although correctly it is Cynoglossum amabile, on the farm we don't call it anything other than forget-me-not! Each plant produces 6-8 stems and if you let some finish blooming and ripen, the seeds are easy to collect.

Orlaya is a floral variety somewhere between Ammi and ornamental carrot. However, it also has outer flowers with large petals, creating the impression of lace or embroidery. The stems are strong and straight, fitting beautifully into bouquets. And after flowering, tiny seed heads form which are also beautifully decorative and do not wilt; we love harvesting those too.

The best-selling cut Zinnia ever! But the main thing is the color! Antique wine fading into antique pink. The Queen Lime series is our favorite Zinnia; it's love at first sight! The flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, giving a double-flowered appearance. Moving towards the center, the petals get smaller and end up unopened at the center, creating a frosted cupcake effect. No other Zinnia compares!

A smaller zinnia is very practical! And the Oklahoma series has flowers 4-5 cm large and fits perfectly even into smaller floristry tasks such as wreaths. Shades of darker and lighter salmon. One plant produces at least 10 flowers.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unmatched. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they bloom quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart just to keep up with the harvest. Larkspur QIS White is a delicate white, fitting beautifully into wedding floristry. From one plant you will harvest one thicker stem and 4-5 smaller side ones.

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

Pale pink, delicate lace. Didiscus has a strange name, but it is a great beauty similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot. Flowers are disc-shaped with tiny florets. Didiscus finishes blooming faster, similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot, so we recommend multiple successional sowings. It likes warmth, so it can be sown even in summer.

We have expanded our China aster assortment with two new varieties from the King Size family because it is a great China aster! Appleblossom, as the name suggests, colors into the shade of apple blossoms. A very soft pink.

You harvest just one bloom per plant, but it is a really large, double one. Stock smells beautiful, almost intoxicating, and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. The Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes, and is generally easier to grow for beginning gardeners. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a lower percentage of double flowers. Katz Apricot is a shade of pure white. All stocks produce some plants with double flowers and some single. The ratio is different for each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. We therefore recommend growing a bit more. At our farm, however, we use the single ones too; they look super unique.

The lightest powder pink. A very trendy color, you will use it essentially in the arrangement of any wedding. Snapdragons of the Costa series bloom at the same time as the Maryland Snapdragon; they are early varieties suitable for lower temperatures. Their advantage lies in special shades like apricot or powder pink.
