The flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, giving a double-flowered appearance. Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

Dahlia Café Au Lait is an absolute icon among dahlias and unrivaled as the best-selling item on our farm. Its huge flowers, often reaching the size of a dinner plate, cannot be overlooked. The color is completely unique and changeable, ranging in soft shades of creamy white, milky coffee, and powder pink, occasionally with a hint of salmon. Thanks to this specific coloring, it is loved by all brides and florists, as it fits perfectly into wedding bouquets and magnificent arrangements. In a vase, it looks majestic, and even a single flower can light up an entire room. In the garden, this variety forms a dominant element that attracts attention at first glance. The plants grow to a respectable height, often over a meter and a half, so it is advisable to provide them with support so they do not break under the weight of the massive blooms. It blooms tirelessly from July until the first frosts, and its pastel tones soften any perennial planting. The list of the 10 most popular Dahlias at our farm begins with this one. A color loved by all brides. Coral pink with highlights transitioning in places to apricot and even light salmon. A foundation for every Dahlia garden.

The Lady Coral series has flowers as fluffy as teddy bears and they are even more double-flowered than other China asters. Lady Coral Lavender is a rich shade of lavender purple. One plant produces 11-15 flowers.

These beauties love heat, which is why we associate them mainly with late summer and early autumn. Scalding helps with vase life: dip freshly cut stems into 90°C water for 3 minutes and then immediately into cold water. One plant produces at least 5 stems. Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree) is one of the most requested greens and fillers in floristry ever, it is trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, which is such a combination that we are not surprised by its popularity at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, the branches are more sparsely built. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery and thus in floristry fits rather into colder color combinations. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden, but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We grow statice by the hundreds! It is incredibly useful in bouquets as filler material and even undried lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the florets on the stem bloom, statice no longer wilts and is suitable for wreaths, corsages, boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice at the stage when the stem under the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

The centers are dark brown, they attract insects, but do not produce pollen, and the seeds are 'empty'. Pollen-free flower varieties are bred because pollen is an unwelcome companion in floristry, for example due to allergies. One seedling produces one flower.

Bicolor is a rusty-colored Sunflower, with petals that are half yellow and half brownish-orange. It fits perfectly at the end of summer, creating an autumn vibe. PROCUT series Sunflowers are specially bred varieties suitable for cutting. These are reliable single-stemmed plants. They produce no pollen, which all florists will appreciate.

Cosmos are one of the most popular flowers on our farm. They resemble Daisies and customers love them. And now imagine that such a hit comes in a double-flowered version! Absolutely magnificent! A flood of flowers resembling cotton candy. Snow Puff is creamy white. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

You can't imagine anything more meadow-like! The blue color is absolutely enchanting and it is a terrible shame that it can only be grown at lower temperatures. The Tall Double series is a fuller-flowered Cornflower than the one we see along the roadsides.

Matsumoto is a reliable China aster that we would put our hand in the fire for. In our beds, it is the shortest compared to other China asters (50 to 60 cm), but if you put in the work and create the most ideal conditions, it can reach up to 80 cm. For us, the size of the flowers is a total win; they are smaller than other China asters and fit perfectly into all the products we arrange for weddings. And on top of all that, Matsumoto Apricot is a gorgeous and trendy shade! One plant produces up to 7 flowers.

The palest pink, darker stems for contrast, centers slightly creamy. The petals aren't pointed but beautifully rounded, creating a delicate and tender impression. Even in full bloom, the flowers don't form a full ball; the back is flat, forming more of a hemisphere.

Our favorite burgundy Dahlia! It doesn't stop for a moment; it's covered in blooms all season long. We have a whole bed and can't cut fast enough. We use it mostly for weddings, where similar colors are trendy right now. The flowers are medium-sized, averaging 10 cm, but sometimes smaller pieces can be found, perhaps for bolder wreaths.

We fell in love with Bacardi at first sight. Our absolute favorite Dahlia among this year's new additions. A soft burgundy-pink shade, the petals are darker underneath, just like the center of the flower. It fits perfectly into weddings, where burgundy shades are trendy right now. We cut flowers like crazy and still ran short, so next year we plan a whole bed!

A wonderfully brick-orange ball Dahlia! The flowers are medium-sized, roughly 7-8 cm.

Giant, giant. Some blooms grow up to 26 centimeters! They bloom in pure white on beautiful straight stems, facing forward.

Hats off, a hardworking Dahlia. It blooms on thinner stems with medium-sized flowers; deep yellow centers fade to a soft, pale yellow at the edges. The plants form rich, dense bushes up to waist height, so prepare plenty of space.

It blooms like crazy, so it's necessary to frequently deadhead faded blooms to keep it looking beautiful. The plants grow low but are still great for cutting. A ball Dahlia blooming on contrasting darker stems. The center of the flower, as is typical, is darker than the rest, which occasionally fades to almost an apricot-pink. A beautiful, energetic Dahlia; we think it fits perfectly into autumn arrangements.

This Dahlia is reliability itself—it blooms profusely. A soft shade of orange. And if you want a Dahlia for the garden just for the pleasure of looking at it, you've come to the right place. Mainly because of the flood of dark burgundy-green foliage reaching up to the waist, in which the flowers stand out beautifully. When it blooms to full opening, the center is dark burgundy to black, so it's a double win.

Pure splendor! We don't have nicer photos for this year because every year we cut the ornamental carrot down to the last stem and there is simply no time left for photos. Thin, strong stems and umbel inflorescences resembling dill at their ends. There are thousands of tiny flowers on each stem creating a veil or lace effect. It is a mixture of colors, where some flowers are pure white, but the majority are chocolate to burgundy with a touch of white.

An evergreen favorite at the flower market! Sea Holly is a perennial; it lasts for several years in the flowerbed and spreads beautifully. The "flowers" and leaves are slightly prickly; it does look like a miniature thistle after all. The stems and tops are silvery blue. And mature, bloomed Sea Holly doesn't wilt, making it great for drying, wreaths, and similar uses. For drying, harvest when the thistles are colored blue and the stem below the thistle is firm. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, out of sunlight.
