Sea Holly Glitter White

The "flowers" and leaves are slightly prickly; it does look like a miniature thistle after all. The stems and tops are silvery blue. And mature, bloomed Sea Holly doesn't wilt, making it great for drying, wreaths, and similar uses. For drying, harvest when the thistles are colored blue and the stem below the thistle is firm. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Larkspur QIS White is a delicate white, fitting beautifully into wedding floristry. From one plant you will harvest one thicker stem and 4-5 smaller side ones.

Pale pink, delicate lace. Didiscus has a strange name, but it is a great beauty similar to Ammi or ornamental carrot. Flowers are disc-shaped with tiny florets. Dried, they look the same. However, the purple one has fresh pods that are dark green with a hint of burgundy. A classic of dried flowers; our grandmothers had gardens full of honesty. It blooms in spring just like sweet rocket or columbine, but the flowers aren't suitable for cutting. It pays to wait, and in summer you can harvest the first fruits. Honesty creates seeds wrapped in beautiful oval pods. We recommend harvesting them even when green; they look beautiful in bouquets! For drying, we harvest pods from which the seed casings are already naturally falling off. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

The largest and most luxurious flower in the entire Tall Double Cornflower family. The blooms are full with plenty of tiny florets, appearing fluffy, like a feather.
