Pure splendor! We don't have nicer photos for this year because every year we cut the ornamental carrot down to the last stem and there is simply no time left for photos. An evergreen favorite at the flower market! Sea Holly is a perennial; it lasts for several years in the flowerbed and spreads beautifully. The "flowers" and leaves are slightly prickly; it does look like a miniature thistle after all. The stems and tops are silvery blue. And mature, bloomed Sea Holly doesn't wilt, making it great for drying, wreaths, and similar uses. For drying, harvest when the thistles are colored blue and the stem below the thistle is firm. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Our favorite foliage and filler. It grows beautifully and binds famously! The flowers are yellowish, so they don't color-match every bouquet, but we still never have enough of it! And after flowering, tiny seed pods form which are also beautifully decorative and don't wilt; we love collecting those too.

A florist classic: the cute, velvety bunny tail grass. It is great for drying, but we think it looks most beautiful while still green. We use it to make wedding buttonholes, in wreaths, simply everywhere. One plant produces at least 20 stems. For drying, harvest when the flowers are fully developed but not yet dry and brown. Just hang them upside down in a dry, ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

The most beautiful shade of Rudbeckia is finally in our offer! 'Sahara' is a double-flowered Rudbeckia and contains a mixture of shades from burgundy to brick, brown, yellow, ochre, and the softest muted apricot. All have dark, distinct centers. Well, simply cute, as our Alenka says.

A classic among Nigellas, a shade of deep sky blue. Nigella is a spring beauty, but its pods are also great for harvesting, so it lasts in the flowerbed until summer.

A cut flower perfectly suited for the job, but it looks famous in the flowerbed too! Craspedia forms a basal rosette of greyish, inconspicuous leaves, from which "antennae" peek out. Straight, strong stems have yellow balls at the ends. We recommend harvesting in the bud form, before they fully bloom. Green ones are also interesting, as they are neutral and fit into any color combination. For drying, harvest when they are colored up. A beautiful perennial that we love on the farm not only for its large petals but also for its round seed heads suitable for drying. Although smaller than the starflower Scabiosa, it is ideal for arrangements. Bees and bumblebees also can't get enough of this perennial! Just be careful, it doesn't like high humidity as it risks rotting, so it is better suited for a semi-dry, sunny location. For drying, we harvest mature seed heads, roughly from mid-July. Eucalyptus (also known as gum tree) is one of the most requested greens and fillers in floristry ever, it is trendy! The color is silvery blue-green, which is such a combination that we are not surprised by its popularity at all. Eucalyptus Silver "Dollar" grows beautifully tall, the branches are more sparsely built. The leaves are larger and round in shape. The color of Silver Dollar is more silvery and thus in floristry fits rather into colder color combinations. For drying, we harvest as soon as the tips of the twigs are mature and the last leaves are firm. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unmatched. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they bloom quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart just to keep up with the harvest. Larkspur QIS White is a delicate white, fitting beautifully into wedding floristry. From one plant you will harvest one thicker stem and 4-5 smaller side ones.

You can't imagine anything more meadow-like! The blue color is absolutely enchanting and it is a terrible shame that it can only be grown at lower temperatures. The Tall Double series is a fuller-flowered Cornflower than the one we see along the roadsides.

Paper daisy is our novelty this year and we like it very much! The plants are not very tall, 30-45 cm. It looks a bit like an anemone thanks to its dark centers and white petals. The flowers are smaller in size and straw-like, so they hold beautifully in wreaths, circlets, or other wedding pieces and do not wilt! Canary yellow with occasional orange striations. The Strawflower is a classic from grandma's garden but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We love using them when arranging for weddings because they don't wilt. They are suitable for corsages, wreaths, and boutonnieres.

We fell so in love with Snapdragons at our farm that we have a plan for the whole year and Snapdragon harvests from spring to autumn, as each needs a different temperature. Maryland is quite a classic series of Snapdragons, the stems are long and robust. It blooms earlier than the similar Snapdragon series, Potomac. One plant produces one stem.

The most colorfully interesting of the entire series. The yellow color is muted and transitions into burgundy with a dark center. The PROCUT series sunflowers are specially bred varieties suitable for cutting. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate.
