Safflower in creamy white? A cut flower you simply must have! We tried it for the first time this year and it is a great piece. The stems are firm, strong, and woody. They grow beautifully straight and are wonderful to arrange with. Safflower can also be used unbloomed in the form of buds, like neutral green thistles. The flowers are prickly, but the stems and leaves are not, so it doesn't bother you when cleaning the material and arranging. Warm orange and apricot. The Queen Lime series is our favorite Zinnia; it's love at first sight! The flowers are large, up to 10 cm, surrounded by many petals, giving a double-flowered appearance. A muted, slightly ashy white. Nigella is a spring beauty, but its pods are also great for harvesting, so it lasts in the flowerbed until summer.

Our favorite foliage and filler. It grows beautifully and binds famously! The flowers are yellowish, so they don't color-match every bouquet, but we still never have enough of it! And after flowering, tiny seed pods form which are also beautifully decorative and don't wilt; we love collecting those too.

There are never enough grasses; you need lots of them if you tie bouquets, and they look beautiful in ornamental beds in the garden too. Umbrella is a very nice type of millet. The ears bend after ripening and create a waterfall effect. The fruits are larger, beautifully visible little balls. Such a waterfall of beads.

Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unmatched. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they bloom quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart just to keep up with the harvest. Larkspur QIS White is a delicate white, fitting beautifully into wedding floristry. From one plant you will harvest one thicker stem and 4-5 smaller side ones.

Stock is a wonderful cut flower! It likes low temperatures, yet we grow three batches a year – two in spring and one in autumn. You harvest just one bloom per plant, but it is a really large, double one. Stock smells beautiful, almost intoxicating, and lasts a long time in a vase. The flowers are edible. The Katz series is not as susceptible to temperature changes, and is generally easier to grow for beginning gardeners. However, this comes at the cost of thinner stems and a lower percentage of double flowers. Katz Cherry Blossom is a soft shade of pink in the colors of apple blossoms. All stocks produce some plants with double flowers and some single. The ratio is different for each series. Katz has 55-60% double-flowered plants. We therefore recommend growing a bit more. At our farm, however, we use the single ones too; they look super unique.

Specially bred varieties suitable for cutting: these are the sunflowers of the PROCUT series. They are reliable, single-stemmed varieties. They are pollen-free, which every florist will appreciate. White Lite is a pale yellow variety with a green-yellow center.

Paper daisy is our novelty this year and we like it very much! The plants are not very tall, 30-45 cm. The flowers are smaller in size and straw-like, so they hold beautifully in wreaths, circlets, or other wedding pieces and do not wilt! It is a mixture of colors, white and pink. The white looks a bit like an anemone thanks to its dark centers and white petals. The pink is in a Barbie shade with dark brown centers.
