The 'White Pearl' cultivar has pure white flowers with yellow stamens.

Round-headed garlic (Allium sphaerocephalon) is a summer-flowering allium; its leaves resemble chives and yellow and dry out when in bloom. The ovoid flowerheads are 3 to 5 centimetres large and densely packed. The flowers are a striking, dark purple-burgundy colour. It blooms in summer and is suitable for steppe-like plantings with delicate grasses. It's perfect for cutting and can also be dried.

The Sweet Summer series includes cultivars bred for greater resistance to fungal diseases. Sweet Summer Ocean is a very special cultivar introduced to the market in 2012. It is characterized by the color variability of its flowers throughout the day. On cool mornings, the flowers are blue; as temperatures rise, they fade and by noon they turn violet-pink.
