Larkspurs are spring beauties that are unmatched. But if you want to harvest them for cut flowers, you must be vigilant and harvest quickly before all buds open. Especially in the warm springs of recent years, they bloom quickly, so we sow several batches 14 days apart just to keep up with the harvest. Larkspur QIS Light Pink is a beautiful pale shade of warm pink. From one plant you will harvest one thicker stem and 4-5 smaller side ones.

An interesting name and an unusual flower resembling baby's breath. The rich blooms on the stems invite you to divide them into several smaller vases to decorate a windowsill. It finishes blooming quickly, so we recommend succession planting. You will harvest 3-4 stems from a single plant.

For drying, we harvest mature poppy heads, roughly from mid-July. Just hang them upside down in a dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight.

A novelty among Scabiosas! This piece is from the QIS series, meaning a quality, bred variety. But that's not all; the color shade is also great. It is not black like the Scabiosa Black Purple, but a red wine, burgundy shade. And just like the others, the open flowers each have a white pistil, creating a sugared effect.

The Cresto series has mostly double, scabious-flowered blooms. Orange is colored in a warm, tangerine orange; the centers are brown to burgundy. We think it's a beautiful autumn shade!

Large double flowers are missing at the turn of spring and summer. The last Ranunculus finish blooming and there is plenty of time before the first Dahlias arrive. On our farm, it was always a struggle to find beautiful, full, and large flowers for bouquets at that time. But we succeeded! We filled the void with China asters and peony-flowered Poppies. These Poppies reliably replace peonies, Ranunculus, and Dahlias. Just keep in mind that they don't last long and need a little care to last in a bouquet. We harvest when the bud cracks, sear the ends of the stems in water for a few seconds, and let them finish opening in the vase. Peony Poppy Salmon is a warm pink color.
