The plants grow to a respectable height, often over a meter and a half, so it is advisable to provide them with support so they do not break under the weight of the massive blooms. It blooms tirelessly from July until the first frosts, and its pastel tones soften any perennial planting. If you are looking for a plant that adds structure to flower beds while providing premium cutting material, Café Au Lait is the clear choice.

Love at first sight for everyone! Definitely on the list of the 10 most popular; it gets cut so much that it's a problem to find enough flowers to photograph. We don't grow many multi-colored varieties, but in this case, we have to admit that the combination of pink, powder, and burgundy can never be wrong! It can't be combined with every color, but for wedding work, it is an absolutely genius piece!

The palest pink, darker stems for contrast, centers slightly creamy. The petals aren't pointed but beautifully rounded, creating a delicate and tender impression. Even in full bloom, the flowers don't form a full ball; the back is flat, forming more of a hemisphere.

A tiny pompon in ginger shades ranging from orange and red to a raspberry center. The tips of the petals are raspberry, while the centers are yellow-orange. A big thumbs up from us for the watercolor effect, which looks beautiful!

We have long been looking for a Dahlia that rivals Café au lait. We don't know for sure yet, but Shilloh Noel is at least a candidate. The flowers are large but appear beautifully delicate; the color is the lightest pink, just slightly purplish. If a swan weren't white, it would certainly be this color! It just blooms later in the season, so we recommend protected spots where it will survive the first autumn frosts.

Strawberries and cream! Giant blooms, large petals. The center is creamy yellow, and the petals blend from red-pink to a light blush color.

A must-have on this year's list of Top new arrivals! A giant flower, wavy petals, and a darker salmon-coral color with reflections resembling pink mother-of-pearl.

Large, large flowers in shades of purple. They bloom on beautifully long, straight stems. The petals are long, pointed at the ends, and slightly twisted, resembling the shape of the sun. The flowers face forward, which can sometimes be an arranging challenge, but that color and size!

A ball Dahlia like fine wine; the flower color perfectly resembles red wine. And that's a color you'll appreciate for wedding arrangements, as dark burgundy is trending! The flowers are very regular, medium-sized, and grow vigorously on long, beautifully straight stems.

Giant, giant. Some blooms grow up to 26 centimeters! They bloom in pure white on beautiful straight stems, facing forward.

Cosmos is one of the most used items on our farm. In season, we cut hundreds of stems every day. Hats off to it, it is a super cut flower! Cupcakes is a series of Cosmos where the flowers are shaped like cupcake wrappers. This creates a unique effect in both bouquets and flower beds. Cupcakes Blush comes in shades of soft pink.

Cosmos are one of the most popular flowers on our farm. They resemble Daisies and customers love them. And now imagine that such a hit comes in a double-flowered version! Double Click Cranberries is a dark pink in a magenta shade. One plant produces at least 12 stems.

Statice is a classic from grandma's garden, but also an evergreen of dried flowers. We grow statice by the hundreds! It is incredibly useful in bouquets as filler material and even undried lasts a long time in a vase. Once all the florets on the stem bloom, statice no longer wilts and is suitable for wreaths, corsages, boutonnieres. One plant produces at least 15 stems. For drying, we harvest statice at the stage when the stem under the flower is firm and the entire inflorescence has bloomed. Just hang them upside down, in a dry and ventilated place, out of sunlight.

Valkyrie is our favorite variety of China aster; it belongs to the needle-type asters, where the flowers are composed of petals resembling little needles, creating a wonderful effect and great structure in bouquets. Valkyrie China asters branch just above the ground, so you can harvest beautifully long stems. Valkyrie Elsa Rose is a shade of light raspberry. One plant produces 6-8 flowers.

Every time we go to harvest Dahlias, Labyrinth is on the list. It might not seem like it at first glance, but once you use it in an arrangement, there's no going back. For us, it beautifully symbolizes autumn and fits so wonderfully into wedding bouquets in autumn tones.

Cornel is simply a classic and a safe bet! A lipstick red shade and beautiful, regular ball shapes.

A violet lilac shade softening towards the edges. A delicate and fragile-looking beauty, but it blooms profusely and forms quite tall plants. Great for wedding arrangements.

A ball Dahlia is a must-have in every cutting garden. At the same time, the most beautiful orange of all! We'd put our hand in the fire for this one! It does not belong among the tallest variants, the plants reach slightly above the knees, but it is still great for cutting. The shade is not as uniform as with Cornel Brons; when finishing blooming, it lightens beautifully to a light apricot.
