Every time we go to harvest dahlias, Labyrinth is on the list. At first glance, it doesn't seem like much, but once you use it in an arrangement, there's no going back. For us, it beautifully symbolizes autumn and fits so well into wedding bouquets with autumnal tones.

The list of our 10 most popular dahlias on the farm starts with this one. A color loved by all brides. Coral pink with reflections, transitioning in places to apricot and light salmon. A staple for every dahlia garden.

Looks like the fraternal twin of the Islander dahlia. Only the petals are straight, curved at the ends, appearing more smooth and orderly. But if you're looking for a smaller dahlia, you're in the wrong place; the flowers are just as large — the most successful ones up to 25 cm.

Strawberries and cream! Giant blooms, large petals. The center is creamy yellow, and the petals blend from reddish-pink to a light blush color.

The flowers are enormous in shades of light lavender pink, which lightens at the tips of the petals. The shape of the petals gives it a rather unique appearance. We fell in love with Bacardi at first sight. Our absolute favorite dahlia among this year's new arrivals. A delicate burgundy-pink shade, with darker petals underneath, just like the center of the flower. Perfectly suited for weddings, where burgundy shades are currently trending. We cut the flowers like crazy and still couldn't get enough, so next year we're planning an entire bed of them!

We admit, purple isn't our favorite color, but this dahlia is irresistible! It's extremely hardworking; the rows are covered with large flowers, and we cut and cut, and it keeps blooming.

Our favorite collarette dahlia (these are the ones with a center and a few petals, more resembling a cosmos or a daisy) and it's no wonder why! Perfectly suited for weddings! The center is dark burgundy, with petals ranging from salmon to red to apricot. The leaves and stems are dark green to black, creating a breathtaking contrast in the flowerbed. Waltzing Mathilda cannot be missing from our list of top 10 favorites!

You can never have enough medium-sized pink pompons, as anyone who has ever prepared flowers for a wedding knows. That's why we are constantly on the hunt for dahlias from this family, and this is a very successful piece! The flowers are roughly 7-8 cm large and the pink is uniform.

You can never have enough dark burgundy dahlias, which is why we've expanded our assortment this year, and this is another new addition. In this color, it's good to have both large and small flowers, and Rip City is from the big family! The petals curl backwards at the edges, and the centers darken to a velvety finish.

The lightest pink, darker stems for contrast, centers slightly creamy. The petals are not pointed but beautifully rounded, giving a soft and delicate impression. Even in full bloom, the flowers do not form a sphere; their backs are flat, creating more of a hemisphere.

A ball dahlia is a must-have in every cutting garden. It's also the most beautiful orange of them all! We vouch for this one! It's not among the tallest varieties; the plants reach slightly above the knees, but it's still excellent for cutting. The shade isn't as uniform as 'Cornel Brons'; as it finishes flowering, it beautifully lightens to a soft apricot.

A classic among dahlias! A delightful, pale pink, small pompon. The centers transition to white, resembling a snowy hill. A must-have if you grow flowers for wedding floristry!

We're always looking for new varieties in dark burgundy, almost black, because it's a trendy wedding color. Black Jack is one of the serious contenders! The flowers are enormous and the petals are pointed. The leaves are captivatingly dark, so it's a pleasure not only in a vase but also in the garden bed. It generally blooms as one of the last dahlias, taking its time. Therefore, we don't recommend it for higher altitudes; for farms, it's ideal to grow in a polytunnel.

From the anemone-flowered family. The plants don't grow very large, but the flowers are absolutely unique. A delicate creamy-yellow full center with beautifully rounded white petals. Thanks to the subtle color combination, it's perfectly suited for weddings.
