Winnetou is a robust and vigorous variety that will delight you with a long blooming period. Its flowers shine with a deep dark pink color that transitions to an intense red towards the center. They last up to 10 days in a vase, and in addition to their colorful beauty, they will bring a delicate, typically summer fragrance into your home. We ideally harvest them when about half of the flowers in the cluster are open. In the garden, this cultivar perfectly complements softer colors, such as those of the Minnehaha variety.
