Allium 'Cameleon' is a charming bulbous plant that lives up to its name, creating a subtle color transformation in the flower bed. While its small inflorescences are initially a deeper old-rose shade, they slowly fade over time to pure white with light pink veining. The flowers on their sturdy stems look very delicate in the garden and stand out best in mixed steppe flower beds or rock gardens, where they create harmony with lower-growing ornamental grasses. Alliums are generally a great draw for insects, and both bees and butterflies seek out their flowers with preference. If you enjoy creating your own bouquets, you will certainly appreciate using Allium in floristry. The inflorescences look wonderful in early summer arrangements and will bring you joy in a vase for up to fourteen days.

A summer cultivar of Allium with a very long flowering time. Lilac purple florets gradually bloom over a period of four to six weeks. A proven and hardy variety suitable for growing in flower beds and in containers.

A rare species of Allium originating from Central Asia. It has wonderful sky-blue flowers with a darker indigo central vein and lighter to almost white centers. As it finishes blooming, the color transitions to lavender-gray. It will look natural planted in smaller groups in the garden.

Protože přes léto rostlina zatahuje do země, doporučujeme ji kombinovat s nižšími trávami nebo listnatými trvalkami, které záhon udrží krásně zelený i po jejím odkvětu. Všechny části rostliny jsou navíc jedlé a můžete s nimi tvořit i v kuchyni. Květy jsou magnetem pro opylovače a vnáší do zahrady život, ale stejně tak jim to sluší v řezaných letních kyticích. Květenství perfektně drží svůj kulatý tvar i po usušení, takže je využijete i do trvanlivých suchých vazeb.

It remains interesting even after flowering, maintaining its form, but adorned with green seed heads instead of flowers. Suitable for cutting and drying.
