Strawberries and cream! Giant blooms, large petals. The center is creamy yellow, and the petals blend from reddish-pink to a light blush color.

We fell in love with Bacardi at first sight. Our absolute favorite dahlia among this year's new arrivals. A delicate burgundy-pink shade, with darker petals underneath, just like the center of the flower. Perfectly suited for weddings, where burgundy shades are currently trending. We cut the flowers like crazy and still couldn't get enough, so next year we're planning an entire bed of them!

We've been searching for a long time for a dahlia that can rival Café au lait. We don't know for sure yet, but Shilloh Noel is at least a candidate. The flowers are large, but beautifully delicate, the palest pink, just a hint of purple. If a swan wasn't white, it would surely be this color! It only blooms later in the season, so we recommend protected spots where it can survive the first autumn frosts.

The flowers are enormous in shades of light lavender pink, which lightens at the tips of the petals. The shape of the petals gives it a rather unique appearance. Every time we go to harvest dahlias, Labyrinth is on the list. At first glance, it doesn't seem like much, but once you use it in an arrangement, there's no going back. For us, it beautifully symbolizes autumn and fits so well into wedding bouquets with autumnal tones.

Giant, giant. Some blooms grow up to 26 centimeters! In pure white, they flower on beautiful straight stems, facing forward.

Fringed petals create a rather wild look, complemented by giant sandy-yellow blooms that sometimes transition into a light apricot color.

A ball dahlia is a must-have in every cutting garden. It's also the most beautiful orange of them all! We vouch for this one! It's not among the tallest varieties; the plants reach slightly above the knees, but it's still excellent for cutting. The shade isn't as uniform as 'Cornel Brons'; as it finishes flowering, it beautifully lightens to a soft apricot.

The most beautiful dark burgundy dahlia we've discovered so far! The Bordeaux flower changes almost to black in the center, plus there's a velvet-like shimmer. Ideal for a wedding bouquet, as this color is trending now. For gardens, it's a double win; not only velvety flowers, but the leaves are also colored in a wine-green—a true beauty.

We don't grow many multi-colored varieties, but in this case, we have to admit that the combination of pink, dusty pink, and burgundy can never be wrong! It doesn't combine with all colors, but for wedding work, it's an absolutely brilliant piece!

It can't be missing from this year's Top new arrivals list! A giant flower, wavy petals, and a darker salmon-coral with reflections reminiscent of pink mother-of-pearl.

Looks like the fraternal twin of the Islander dahlia. Only the petals are straight, curved at the ends, appearing more smooth and orderly. But if you're looking for a smaller dahlia, you're in the wrong place; the flowers are just as large — the most successful ones up to 25 cm.

Our top 10 dahlias in the field includes this beauty. It doesn't form massive plants, but it rewards with an abundance of beautiful, straight, thin stems with perfectly shaped flowers. These range in color from light pink to a richer coral. Working with such a cut flower is a treat, and it's doubly suitable for wedding floristry.

We're always looking for new varieties in dark burgundy, almost black, because it's a trendy wedding color. Black Jack is one of the serious contenders! The flowers are enormous and the petals are pointed. The leaves are captivatingly dark, so it's a pleasure not only in a vase but also in the garden bed. It generally blooms as one of the last dahlias, taking its time. Therefore, we don't recommend it for higher altitudes; for farms, it's ideal to grow in a polytunnel.

It blooms like crazy, so it's necessary to frequently deadhead spent blossoms to keep it beautiful. The plants are low-growing but still excellent for cutting.
