Dahlia Café Au Lait is an absolute icon among dahlias and unrivaled as the best-selling item on our farm. Its huge flowers, often reaching the size of a dinner plate, cannot be overlooked. The color is completely unique and changeable, ranging in soft shades of creamy white, milky coffee, and powder pink, occasionally with a hint of salmon. Thanks to this specific coloring, it is loved by all brides and florists, as it fits perfectly into wedding bouquets and magnificent arrangements. In a vase, it looks majestic, and even a single flower can light up an entire room. In the garden, this variety forms a dominant element that attracts attention at first glance. The plants grow to a respectable height, often over a meter and a half, so it is advisable to provide them with support so they do not break under the weight of the massive blooms. It blooms tirelessly from July until the first frosts, and its pastel tones soften any perennial planting. If you are looking for a plant that adds structure to flower beds while providing premium cutting material, Café Au Lait is the clear choice.

Strawberries and cream! Giant blooms, large petals. The center is creamy yellow, and the petals blend from red-pink to a light blush color.

The palest pink, darker stems for contrast, centers slightly creamy. The petals aren't pointed but beautifully rounded, creating a delicate and tender impression. Even in full bloom, the flowers don't form a full ball; the back is flat, forming more of a hemisphere.

Every time we go to harvest Dahlias, Labyrinth is on the list. It might not seem like it at first glance, but once you use it in an arrangement, there's no going back. For us, it beautifully symbolizes autumn and fits so wonderfully into wedding bouquets in autumn tones.

We fell in love with Bacardi at first sight. Our absolute favorite Dahlia among this year's new additions. A soft burgundy-pink shade, the petals are darker underneath, just like the center of the flower. It fits perfectly into weddings, where burgundy shades are trendy right now. We cut flowers like crazy and still ran short, so next year we plan a whole bed!

This salmon shade has been on the list of this year's most popular new arrivals right from the start! The flowers are medium-sized with pointed tips—a joy for all florists. The color transitions to coral in places, which is very trendy!

Love at first sight for everyone! Definitely on the list of the 10 most popular; it gets cut so much that it's a problem to find enough flowers to photograph. We don't grow many multi-colored varieties, but in this case, we have to admit that the combination of pink, powder, and burgundy can never be wrong! It can't be combined with every color, but for wedding work, it is an absolutely genius piece!

A violet lilac shade softening towards the edges. A delicate and fragile-looking beauty, but it blooms profusely and forms quite tall plants. Great for wedding arrangements.

The most beautiful dark burgundy Dahlia we've discovered so far! The bordeaux flower turns almost black in the center; add to that a sheen resembling velvet. Ideal for a wedding bouquet, as this color is trending right now. For gardens, it's a double win: not only velvet flowers, but the leaves are also tinged wine-green—a beauty.

We have long been looking for a Dahlia that rivals Café au lait. We don't know for sure yet, but Shilloh Noel is at least a candidate. The flowers are large but appear beautifully delicate; the color is the lightest pink, just slightly purplish. If a swan weren't white, it would certainly be this color! It just blooms later in the season, so we recommend protected spots where it will survive the first autumn frosts.

A purple pompon Dahlia. The blooms are smaller, but it creates lush plants and rewards you with an abundance of flowers.

The flowers are giant, in shades of light lavender-pink that fades at the tips of the petals. The petal shape gives it a quite unique look. Since the tips aren't pointed, but rather rounded and elongated into a long teardrop shape, it looks quite princess-like. A perfect piece for weddings!

A decorative Dahlia and every florist's dream. It looks beautiful and majestic in bouquets and as a garden ornament. The flowers are larger, sometimes up to 20 cm, with shades of raspberry to salmon pink. This beauty even made it onto one of our gift vouchers, that's how much we adore it.

It blooms like crazy, so it's necessary to frequently deadhead faded blooms to keep it looking beautiful. The plants grow low but are still great for cutting. A ball Dahlia blooming on contrasting darker stems. The center of the flower, as is typical, is darker than the rest, which occasionally fades to almost an apricot-pink. A beautiful, energetic Dahlia; we think it fits perfectly into autumn arrangements.

Our favorite collarette Dahlia (those are the ones with a center and a few petals, resembling a Cosmos or Daisy more) and no wonder! It fits beautifully into weddings! The center is dark burgundy, petals range from salmon to red to apricot. The leaves and stems are dark green to black, creating a breathtaking contrast in the bed. Waltzing Mathilda cannot be missing from our top 10 list!

Giant, giant. Some blooms grow up to 26 centimeters! They bloom in pure white on beautiful straight stems, facing forward.

A ball Dahlia is a must-have in every cutting garden. At the same time, the most beautiful orange of all! We'd put our hand in the fire for this one! It does not belong among the tallest variants, the plants reach slightly above the knees, but it is still great for cutting. The shade is not as uniform as with Cornel Brons; when finishing blooming, it lightens beautifully to a light apricot.

A super reliable Dahlia for cutting; it is one of our favorites on the farm for single-variety bunches. The light orange tones are very rich and uniform, except for the center, which shows a hint of yellow. The flowers are quite large, with petals curled into a fine point at the tips.

A deep pink ball Dahlia is a classic among the ball Dahlias we grow. It has been with us since the beginning of our growing, and we cannot praise it enough.

Cornel is simply a classic and a safe bet! A lipstick red shade and beautiful, regular ball shapes.

This Dahlia is reliability itself—it blooms profusely. A soft shade of orange. And if you want a Dahlia for the garden just for the pleasure of looking at it, you've come to the right place. Mainly because of the flood of dark burgundy-green foliage reaching up to the waist, in which the flowers stand out beautifully. When it blooms to full opening, the center is dark burgundy to black, so it's a double win.

A must-have on this year's list of Top new arrivals! A giant flower, wavy petals, and a darker salmon-coral color with reflections resembling pink mother-of-pearl.

A quite unseen shade of red-salmon, although red prevails. It blooms beautifully briskly, so the investment pays off one hundred percent. The petals are pointed at the ends and slightly frayed, thanks to which it catches a disheveled and fiery look.

The absolute cutest and most popular pompon among white Dahlias. It fits perfectly into wedding arrangements—size-wise even for wreaths; the color isn't pure white, but rather light cream, yellowish. Balls made of tiny rolled petals bloom like drumsticks on straight thin stems.

We didn't even know how much we were missing brick orange in the field until we got Brown Sugar! An absolute necessity for autumn weddings and arrangements! And as if that wasn't enough, the tops of the petals are brick orange while the undersides are reddish.

A gorgeous shade of darker salmon, actually the queen among salmons. We like it best when not fully open with the center still closed. The leaves are classically green like most Dahlias, but the stems are a darker brown.
