Every time we go to harvest Dahlias, Labyrinth is on the list. It might not seem like it at first glance, but once you use it in an arrangement, there's no going back. For us, it beautifully symbolizes autumn and fits so wonderfully into wedding bouquets in autumn tones.

You can never have enough medium-sized pink pompons; anyone who has ever prepared flowers for a wedding knows that. That's why we are constantly on the hunt for Dahlias from this family, and this is a very successful find! The flowers are about 7-8 cm large and the pink is uniform.

Love at first sight for everyone! Definitely on the list of the 10 most popular; it gets cut so much that it's a problem to find enough flowers to photograph. We don't grow many multi-colored varieties, but in this case, we have to admit that the combination of pink, powder, and burgundy can never be wrong! It can't be combined with every color, but for wedding work, it is an absolutely genius piece!

We admit that purple isn't our favorite color, but this Dahlia is irresistible! It is extremely hardworking, the rows are covered with large flowers, and we cut and cut and it just keeps on blooming.

We are always looking for new varieties in dark burgundy, almost black, as it is a trendy wedding color. Black Jack is a serious candidate! The flowers are giant, and the petals are pointed. The leaves are captivatingly dark, so it delights not only in a vase but also in the flowerbed. It generally blooms as one of the last Dahlias; it takes its time. Therefore, we do not recommend it for higher altitudes; for farms, it is ideal to grow it in a polytunnel.

Boom boom white arrived at our farm by mistake. When our usual 7 beds of Café au lait bloomed, half of the Dahlias were this foreign white cuckoo. But we liked it, so we keep growing it. Creamy white flowers, petals like a classic pompon, just fewer of them, which is why the yellow center peeks out quickly after opening.

We didn't even know how much we were missing brick orange in the field until we got Brown Sugar! An absolute necessity for autumn weddings and arrangements! And as if that wasn't enough, the tops of the petals are brick orange while the undersides are reddish.
