Despite efforts to breed the most resilient cultivars, phlox remains exceptionally sensitive to climate and soil conditions, so careful attention must be paid to selecting the right location. 'Nora Leigh' captivates with creamy variegated leaves, complemented by delicate pinkish-white flowers with a darker eye. Thanks to its light foliage, it can brighten darker corners of the garden.

Penstemon digitalis 'Husker Red' is a relatively robust and long-lived perennial with attractive bronze-purple foliage and white-purple flowers. The decorative faded inflorescences will adorn your flowerbeds until winter. However, the plant can also be cut back after flowering to encourage new growth. We recommend pruning Penstemon after blooming to encourage new growth. It lasts 5 to 7 days in a vase.

Phlomis is a valuable structural perennial originating from the Greek islands and Turkey. It's also known as Jerusalem sage. In plantings, it's used as a groundcover and can even be successfully grown under trees. Both the flowers and the stems with their impressive fruits are suitable for cutting. If left untrimmed in autumn, they will adorn beds throughout winter, as will the dense carpet of leaves. Phlomis is also attractive to pollinators.
