The color of a banana milkshake. The centers are double, with a gathered skirt around them and backward-facing petals. This dashing fellow is a new arrival for 2019, but it's already clear he's earned his place on our farm!

Rosy Diamond and Blue Diamond are sisters. Blue Diamond has held a place in our tulip beds since the very beginning and is a true keeper—both in a vase and in the garden. So, when we discovered it had a pink sibling, our joy was immense. Rosy has darker stems and translucent petals, and as it ages, the tips lighten. For us, it's a clear choice.

Ladoňka dvoulistá pochází z Malé Asie, střední a jižní Evropy a do našich zahrad se dostávala postupně už od 16. století. V zahradě se výborně hodí ke zplanění pod opadavými keři a stromy, ale také k použití na loukách a v trávnících, kde ochotně vytváří koberce modrých květů. Kvete už v březnu a vytváří i přes svůj nízký vzrůst neuvěřitelný efekt, zvlášť je-li vysázená ve větších skupinách. Ve srovnání s ladoňkou sibiřskou je barva květů decentnější, celkový vzhled jemnější a doba kvetení je časnější.

Česnek kulatohlavý patří k letním česnekům, listy se podobají pažitce a v době květu žloutnou a zasychají. Vejčitá květenství jsou 3 až 5 centimetrů velká, hustě stěsnaná. Barva květů je výrazná, tmavě fialovo vínová. Kvete až v létě a hodí se do stepních výsadeb s jemnými trávami. K řezu je perfektně použitelný a dá se i sušit.   

At first glance, British Gamble narcissus looks quite classic. But! The corona (that's the central part of the narcissus) is enormous! Proportionally, it's larger than the white tepals (outer petals), which creates a beautiful effect. On top of all that, the color is a delicate powdery shade.

Color-wise, this isn't a trendy piece; it's a vibrant, screaming pink. But! First, it's a reliable and hardworking double tulip – simply a great harvest! And second, we've found that after a long winter, one truly appreciates bold colors. For us, it's a definite ten out of ten! Oh, and it's one of the first to bloom.

Bluebell is a beautiful bulbous plant native to southwestern Europe, where it grows in light deciduous forests. Multiple leaves grow from the bulb, but only one flower stalk. In the right location, the plant multiplies well on its own through daughter bulbs and seeds, forming stands. It flowers in May to June. The leaves retract soon after flowering. For the longest vase life, it's best to harvest them just before the florets open. They can then last up to 14 days in a vase.

Another parrot tulip from the family and this year's novelty. The petals are wavy, as if crumpled, just like all parrot varieties. Cabanna is a color combination of light pink and creamy white.

Bledule letní je divoká trvalka původem ze západní, střední a jižní Evropy. Je mnohem vyšší než bledule jarní, kvete později. Její květy jsou štíhlejší a listy zůstávají dlouho zelené. Hodí se i pro výsadby v nádobách a květináčích, jen půda v nich by neměla vyschnout. Krásně se kombinuje například se srdcovkami.

Grape hyacinths (Muscari) are hardy, clump-forming small bulbs. They spread on their own in beds and are also suitable for planting in lawns or, conversely, for growing in containers.

Triteleja Silver Queen má květy bílé s tmavším středovým proužkem. Kvítky se široce rozevírají a vytvářejí dojem hvězdiček.

Most narcissi have an orange or yellow center, but recently, soft pastel colors have been trending. For several years now, we've been hunting and searching, examining every powdery, salmon, and apricot narcissus we come across. And this year, we finally hit the jackpot! Palmares is a simple narcissus, but the central petals are wavy, giving it a full appearance. The color—we're reporting powdery peach!
