Bohaté, vlhké a těžké zeminy jí naopak příliš nesvědčí, protože v nich mohou jemné kořeny snadno zahnívat, a to zejména během sychravých zimních měsíců. Pokud pro ni ovšem najdete ideální suché a sluncem zalité místo, stane se záhy tato nenáročná krátkověká trvalka vaší nejoblíbenější bezúdržbovou společnicí.
